After absorbing this Crystal Stone fragment, her Superpower Level should have risen to the Planet Level. However, Flora Bloom knew clearly that her level hadn’t changed; she was still at the peak of the Nebula Level.

But according to the restrictions of Flora Bloom’s advancement system, even though her Spiritual Ability reached the Cosmic Level, her overall superpower still hadn’t broken through the Nebula Level.
