The knock on the door made Xiang Ling step out of her Spatial Realm and head over to open the door. After an early dinner, she returned to her private chamber and entered the space to cultivate and refine some more spiritual pills.
Later, she got occupied with Xuelin and Little Pink when she finally decided to ask them about Zhang Xuan. She hadn’t seen him for months and according to her contracted spirit beasts, they hadn’t seen him either. Little Pink was even sure that he had long left the Spatial Realm which left Xiang Ling both shocked and confused.
She opened the door and was greeted by the sight of two very good looking men. "What are you two doing here?" She asked while crossing her arms over her chest and fixing her gaze on the two.
Wei Guang showed her the wine jars he was holding and spoke, "Thought we can spend some time together. It’s been a while since we last sat down and talked properly."
Specifically, it had been two months since she last spent any quality time with any of her husbands. All of them met three times a day which were the meal times, and barely got to talk much except for what they were up to that particular day. Since she was spending most of her time at the Inn’s construction site, she didn’t get to meet Wei Guang, Li Xian, and Zhe Yuan much. As for Xin Cheng and Dao Ming, both of them had been keeping their distance from her ever since they returned from the Underground Slave Market.
Xiang Ling couldn’t deny that she had been missing these men’s company every now and then, but unfortunately, she had been just way too busy to enjoy even a night with any of them. This meant that it had been two months since a man last touched her body and made her scream out loud in pleasure.
Looking at the two very hot men who had presented themselves at her very door, Xiang Ling couldn’t find enough courage to send them away even though she still had some important work left to complete before morning. Letting out a small sigh, she moved to the side and left enough space for them to enter the chamber.
Neither the men held back their smiles as they stepped inside and Xiang Ling closed the door behind them before she made her way toward the desk around which the three of them settled down to enjoy the wine.
"The rain has finally stopped." Li Xian commented as he looked outside through the huge moon window. The sky was still covered in dark clouds as the rain stopped merely minutes ago. A cool breeze was blowing across the courtyard, shaking the leaves of the trees and making the water droplets fall on the ground.
"It will rain later at night." Wei Guang said as he poured each of them a cup of wine. His statement brought both Xiang Ling and Li Xian’s attention toward him. While Li Xian didn’t think too much of the statement because Wei Guang had always been able to decipher the weather’s course, Xiang Ling knew exactly why that was case.
"Hmm... this tastes really good." Xiang Ling was impressed with the rich taste of wine that coated her taste buds the moment she took the first sip. She was already liking its aroma, but even that couldn’t have prepared her for its wonderful taste.
"You thinks so?" Li Xian asked and the excitement in his voice pulled Xiang Ling’s attention toward him. Noticing the confused look on her face, he quickly revealed, "Guang and I made this wine the night you married me. We buried it under the willow tree in the back courtyard. Today, we finally took it out and decided to enjoy it with you."
Xiang Ling took another sip of the wine and closed her eyes as it’s rich taste took over her senses once again. She could recall hearing it once back in the Celestial Realm that the Crown Prince of the Heavenly Realm was known to make the best wine in all the Five Realms. The wine he used to brew was made from the spiritual grapes that he grew inside his Spatial Realm. His method was a secret and so were the other spiritual ingredients he added into the wine.
If he could make such a great wine from normal grapes, Xiang Ling could only wonder what would the wine made from the spiritual grapes taste like. The more she found herself thinking about wine and Li Xian’s capability of making it, the more excited she became as the wheels of her brain was turning once again.
"Ah Xian, do you like making wine?" She asked the man all of a sudden and it left him slightly surprised. After a moment of hesitancy, he finally gave a little nod of his head. "I do find it quite enjoyable. Why are you asking?"
A huge smile appeared on Xiang Ling’s lips as she replied, "Because I want you to teach some of my students the art of making wine. I will provide you will all the ingredients. You just have to take out a few hours of your day to teach them. Can you do it?"
Li Xian shared a surprised glance toward Wei Guang who gave him an encouraging nod. After thinking for a moment, he finally gave a nod of his head in affirmative. "It sounds good enough to me. As I have basically nothing to do the entire day, I wouldn’t mind teaching them. As long as I can help you, I’m ready to do anything within my capability."
"Thank you." Xiang Ling genuinely thanked the man for his decision of helping her. Having her own source of good wine would benefit the Inn’s business a lot in the future, and Li Xian seemed like the perfect person who could train some of their people in the art of making good wine.
Feeling really happy, she did something bold and moved closer to the Heavenly Crown Prince and placed a kiss on his cheek.
