Chapter 612 - 448: Divine Weapon Broken Flow, Defeating Domain Level Opponents

Chapter 612: Chapter 448: Divine Weapon Broken Flow, Defeating Domain Level Opponents

PFFT!

There was no earth-shattering explosion.

Like a knife through tofu, the translucent Sword Qi split the bloody Saber Qi in two, then continued toward its target with undiminished force.

"What?!"

The Six-armed Snake Demon’s face paled. ’That sword strike is actually this powerful.’

In its haste, it unleashed two more slashes.

Two streams of bloody Saber Qi crossed paths, barely managing to neutralize the translucent Sword Qi in mid-air.

But that brief moment of distraction was all it took.

"ROAR!"

Gaius’s Thunder Dragon seized the opportunity, blasting a torrent of Dragon Breath directly onto the Six-armed Snake Demon’s chest.

"SIZZLE!"

The Thunderbolt exploded against its scales, scorching a patch of them black.

"AHHH!!"

The Six-armed Snake Demon cried out in pain, letting loose an enraged roar.

All six of its eyes locked onto Raylo in the distance, the killing intent within them so thick it was almost tangible.

"You! You damned human!"

Completely infuriated, it gave up on suppressing Gaius. It raised all six of its Treasure Sabers at once, aiming them at Raylo.

"Be careful!"

Gaius shouted a warning.

Raylo’s expression remained unchanged.

"Continue."

He ordered Lightning.

Lightning let out a cheerful cry, its body nimbly flickering through the air, giving the Six-armed Snake Demon no chance to lock on.

Meanwhile, Raylo was like a tireless turret, continuously swinging the Broken Flow in his hand.

Only after advancing to the Domain Level had Raylo truly mastered the power of the Divine Weapon, Broken Flow. The Sword Qi he unleashed was faster and sharper, and the abundant Domain Power in his body was more than enough to sustain his prolonged use of the weapon.

One stream of translucent Sword Qi after another shot toward the Six-armed Snake Demon from all sorts of tricky angles.

The Six-armed Snake Demon was completely pinned down.

It wanted to attack Raylo, but Lightning was too fast; its Saber Qi couldn’t catch up.

It wanted to ignore Raylo, but that strange Sword Qi was terrifyingly sharp. Each strike was enough to injure it, or even take its life, forcing it to devote at least half of its attention to defense.

The Six-armed Snake Demon was forced entirely onto the defensive.

Every time it tried to lock onto Raylo, Lightning would slip away at an unbelievable angle, causing its attacks to miss.

It tried to ignore Raylo and focus all its power on killing Gaius.

But Gaius’s Iron Wall Domain was not something it could break through in a short amount of time.

And those streams of translucent Sword Qi were like maggots clinging to bone, striking from behind and from the sides, forcing it back on the defensive.

"Damn it! Damned human!"

The Six-armed Snake Demon had to change its strategy. Its six arms swung wildly, the light from its sabers forming an impenetrable sphere that shielded it completely.

"BOOM!"

Gaius’s Thunder Dragon seized the chance, lashing out with a powerful sweep of its Dragon Tail that slammed viciously into the sphere of saber light.

The Six-armed Snake Demon’s body shuddered violently.

The pressure on Gaius greatly reduced, and he laughed heartily. "Monster! Who’s acting like a turtle in its shell now?"

The Six-armed Snake Demon’s six eyes were bloodshot, filled with tyranny and madness.

Just then, from within the Snake-man Army Array below, a chilling black aura shot into the sky.

A Snake-man Priest wearing a hideous bone mask and holding a Bone Staff was muttering an incantation.

With a hoarse shriek, a dense ball of Shadow Energy gathered at the tip of his staff and transformed into a thick black beam. Radiating an aura of decay and death, it shot straight toward Raylo in the sky.

"Your Highness, be careful!"

Gaius called out a warning.

"Lightning."

Raylo alerted Lightning to the attack from behind.

Lightning, crouched behind him, let out a low growl.

Then, with a flash of blue light,

"CRACKLE-POP!"

hundreds of thin electric serpents burst from its body, instantly weaving a massive Thunder Net in the air that precisely intercepted the beam of Shadow Energy.

"SIZZLE!"

The shadow beam struck the thunder net, erupting with a piercing crackle, like cold water thrown on boiling oil.

The black energy and blue lightning frantically corroded and annihilated one another.

In the end, the Thunder Net held a slight advantage, completely grinding the death magic to dust in mid-air.

Raylo patted Lightning’s neck, his gaze still locked on the Six-armed Snake Demon.

Then, he spoke to the large white cat perched on Lightning’s back, which was idly flicking its tail out of sheer boredom.

"Moonlight, the one with the mask is yours."

"Aow?"

Moonlight lazily lifted its head, its pale gold eyes glancing downward as if to confirm the target.

Then, with a push of its hind legs, it leaped up from Lightning’s back.

The instant it leaped into the air,

"AANG!"

a clear, resounding dragon’s cry echoed through the clouds.

Moonlight deactivated its Transformation Magic. Its body swelled rapidly in mid-air, its soft white fur quickly turning into sleek, silver scales.

Moonlight’s true Silver Dragon form unfurled, reflecting a cool, gentle radiance like the glow of the moon.

Two long, spiraled silver horns pointed toward the sky, emitting a faint halo of light.

A pair of enormous membranous wings snapped open, revealing faint, silvery lines of Magic Power within them.

The Silver Dragon, Moonlight!

Its appearance instantly drew the eyes of everyone on the ground, even causing a commotion within the Snake-man Army Array.

Not a single ripple of emotion showed in Moonlight’s pale gold draconic eyes.

It flapped its Dragon Wings, stirring up a storm of Magic Power, and locked onto the Snake-man Priest in the bone mask below.

The next second, the sky seemed to ignite.

Centered on the Snake-man Priest’s position, hundreds of massive Fireballs materialized in the sky, covering an area several hundred meters wide.

Each Fireball trailed a long tail of flame, howling down upon the Snake-man Army Array like meteors of doom.

The Snake-man Priest in the bone mask let out a terrified shriek. He hadn’t expected that a single attack, meant only to relieve some pressure on the Six-armed Snake Demon, would draw the full might of a Giant Dragon down upon him.

The Snake-men below fell into chaos.

"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"

The rain of Fireballs landed, and a continuous chain of earth-shattering explosions erupted.

The ground trembled violently as Flame and shockwaves swept in all directions. Countless Snake-men were blasted to pieces or devoured by the Blazing Flame amidst their Wailing.

Watching the sea of fire below, Raylo unleashed the new Domain he had mastered after his promotion for the first time.

"Dragon Soul Domain!"

An invisible wave of Domain Power spread out, like a beam of moonlight shining down from high above, casting its light upon Moonlight’s draconic body.

"ROAR!"

Strengthened by the Domain Power, Moonlight’s aura surged once more, and it let out an even more piercing dragon cry.

It opened its mouth again.

The first wave of fireballs had not yet subsided when the second wave of Magic followed close behind.

This time, it wasn’t Flame.

It was hundreds of Ice Cones, each several meters long and glinting with a deadly chill.

There were even more Ice Cones than Fireballs, covering a wider area and almost completely blanketing the region.

Amidst the sea of fire, the Snake-man Priest’s face was ashen.

The guards around him had been all but wiped out in the earlier rain of fireballs.

Seeing the sky full of approaching Ice Cones, he let out a desperate roar and poured all his Magic Power into the Bone Staff in his hand.

"Skeleton Barrier!"

A massive shield constructed from countless bones rose from the ground, protecting him securely within.

Black smoke swirled around the shield, which emanated the powerful fluctuations of a Domain Level defense.

"THUD! THUD! THUD!"

Countless Ice Cones slammed viciously into the Skeleton Barrier, creating a series of dull thuds. They only managed to create numerous cracks, and for a moment, they couldn’t break through.

Just as a hint of relief at having survived appeared on the Snake-man Priest’s face, a streak of blue light tore through the sky, flashing past just dozens of meters above his head.

It was Raylo, riding Lightning!

In the instant he flew past, Raylo casually swung his sword down at the Skeleton Barrier below.

"Broken Flow."

A translucent stream of Sword Qi silently descended.

"CRACK."

With a soft sound like a popping bubble, the Skeleton Barrier, which the Domain Level Priest had exhausted all his strength to maintain, was as fragile as paper before the translucent Sword Qi. It was cleanly split in two down the middle.

The expression on the Snake-man Priest’s face froze.

He looked up, only to see a dense swarm of Ice Cones that blotted out his entire field of view.

"No!"

His final shriek was drowned out by the roar of the descending Ice Cones.

"THWACK THWACK THWACK THWACK!"

In an instant, hundreds of Ice Cones skewered him and the ground beneath his feet, turning the area into a giant pincushion.

Having dealt with the troublesome fly, Raylo changed course, steering Lightning to rendezvous with Moonlight and rejoining the siege against the Six-armed Snake Demon.

Meanwhile, the Six-armed Snake Demon had witnessed the entire process of the Snake-man Priest being killed in an instant. For the first time, an emotion called fear appeared in its eyes.

Seeing Raylo charge toward it again on his Giant Dragon, the Six-armed Snake Demon knew in its heart that it could no longer turn the tide.

’Three Domain Level Giant Dragons.’

’Two Domain Level humans.’

’Five Domain Level opponents besieging it. Even though it was at the Domain Level Peak, it was no match for them.’

’This fight... is impossible.’

"ROAR!"

The Six-armed Snake Demon tilted its head back and let out a heaven-shaking roar.

This roar was completely different from its previous roars of anger. It carried an ancient and strange frequency, traveling far into the distance.

It was calling for reinforcements!

Raylo’s brow furrowed.
