Chasing My CEO Husband

Chapter 334: SCRIPTS AHD PROJECTS!

Ning Mei just laughed it off and waved her hands saying, " That’s fine. I did not mind it. "

Tang Xuhang sighed in relief and then heard Ning Mei compliment him, " By the way, you both look smarter. "

Tang Xuhang whipped his head towards Ning Mei and asked with bright eyes, " Really!! You think so! " Xu Ting also looked at Ning Mei for validation and saw her nodding. She said, " Yes. Both of you look really good. "

She then heard Yu Lian scoff at side and said, " See. I was telling you that you look better this way! That long hairs were not meant for you. "

Tang Xuhang rubbed his nose and said, " Okay. I now admit that your decision was better. Whatever goddess likes is the best. "

Yu Lian and Jun Liqing had taken the too men to a salon last day and had made changes in their style. Tang Xuhang had always kept himself groomed and he had a good sense of style too, so there was nothing much to change other than his hairstyle. He had long hairs which did not really accentuate his features. He looked better with short hairs.

But Xu Ting’s case was different. Yu Lian and Jun Liqing changed him entirely. They changed his look and also his sense of style. He looked so much better now. From what she knew, he had also enrolled in the gym and was taking care of his body.

Then Jun Liqing showed some project ideas for the two. Tang Xuhang’s scandal from two years ago had cooled down now. And also now that the elections have passed, there was no problem to tackle the mess.

And as Tang Xuhang had done a lot of movies and dramas since he was child, people still watch his movies and dramas and remember him.

Yu Lian had searched into her connections, and she found some pretty good scripts and projects for him. Though they were not very high budget, like the ones he used to get back in the days, but now restarting it was pretty good.

One was a school-based teenage drama, and the producers are liking him as the male lead. But there will be an audition among the selected ones there too. Another were some general advertisements, which Yu Lian was not sure whether she should accept that for Tang Xuhang or not.

Ning Mei went through the some advertisement product, that were available for him. And one product that struck her eye was the advertisement for a sanitary pad company.

That brand of sanitary pads was one of the most popular ones in the country. And this time, they are searching for a man for the advertisement. That was one of the new ways for marketing strategy, and a good one at that.

Ning Mei lifted her head and said, " Accept the sanitary pad advertise and the perfume’s brand advertisement for him. "

Tang Xuhang instantly got riled up and he asked, " Ahhh! The perfume one is still okay but why would I do the sanitary pad advertisement! "

Ning Mei glanced at him and said, " Why? Is there a problem with that? "

Tang Xuhang instantly nodded his head and said, " Yes! Thats a woman’s product! Why should I be there?? "

Ning Mei shrugged and said, " Yes, but the Perfume brand is also unisex. Girls also use that, but you seem have no problem with that. Why problem with the sanitary pad? "

" Tskk... Ning Mei you are not understanding! Which male actor has ever seen in an advertisement of sanitary pads? And I am a man! Perfume is a different thing, mens also use that but men don’t use pads, do they? "

.

Ning Mei face turned serious and she started explaining him, " So what? First of all, with what you did two years ago, your image is already kind of tarnished among females. Because they dint know what Ye Lifie did. But they know what you did.

And this advertisement is going to push away that negative image from them and will make them see you in a fresh light.

This is also a new marketing strategy of the brand, they want to break the typical stereotype in the society that men have got nothing to do with the periods.

Periods is a worse phrase that every girl needs to go through every month. And it is even more irritating when the men say that it is their problems and regard that as a simple thing, when it is not. They forget that the woman around them also go through so much in these days, yet they behave normal.

Seeing a man promoting health hygiene and advertising them will improve your image and as no one has done this before, it will also make you more noticable and unique. Hence, you will get the popularity back fast. "

Tang Xuhang listened to her very attentively and now was tongue tied. He realised that everything that she said was true! If would definitely work! And he looked at Ning Mei with stary eyes. Yu Lian and Jun Liqing also looked impressed by Ning Mei’s theory.

After Tang Xuhang’s case was sorted out, the one was Xu Ting. And Yu Lian and Jun Liqing were themselves confused with what step to take.

It was easier with Tang Xuhang, because he have had a successful past career and a little effort would redeem his career back. But it was not the same with Xu Ting. His career was almost unnoticed by the general public. And his popularity was short lived.

Unlike Tang Xuhang, Xu Ting became the prey of the vultures in the industry due to the lack of powerful background support. Ning Mei knew if he would have got privileges, this boy would have reached the stars.

Nevertheless, Yu Lian had succeeded in securely some small fun talk shows and podcasts, but they were of not much importance. They would not be able to make much impact, so as to make his career and popularity!
