Gu Yeze looked at the doctor who was about to say something, but did not as soon as he saw him. He could make out from the faces of him and the other staffs who got out of the operation theatre that it was not any bad news.
So Gu Yeze simply turned to Gu Yehan and gave him a look, indicating him to handle the situation as Wen Xiao was currently not here as Gu Yeze had given him a task, and he was making some calls outside.
Gu Yehan nodded and Gu Yeze simply walked away with his wife in his arms. And the two bodyguards there followed him. The doctor looked at the couple with his mouth agape. Why did he feel like he was seeing a man out of his league.
Gu Yehan saw his brother leaving . Then he adjusted the cuff of his suit and doned his profession side and approached the doctor who looked stunned for some reasons. Clearing his throat he said, " How is the patient now? "
When the doctor saw who he was talking to, he completly became speechless. I- Is he not the V- Vice President of the Gu Corporations?! Freaking hell! I am not dreaming! Am I ?!
He wanted make sure it was really him, so he opened his mouth to make it clear, but then stammered, " Mr. G- Gu Y- Yehan? "
Gu Yehan curtly nodded and gave a small smile. "Yes. I am. How is the patient now, doctor?"
The doctor came to his senses. Now he knows whom he is talking to. And if Gu Yehan is asking about the patient that means he is related to the patient?! Thank God, the patient is safe.
The doctor said, " Mr. Gu, the patient was very severly injured with many internal and external injuries. But the food news is he is safe now and out of danger.
But no one is allowed to meet him right now. His body is very tired along with that, as he is on anesthesia, he will not wake up till tomorrow noon.
Also, the patient must be kept at a complete bed rest for atleast half a month. His body is still weak, so he must not exert any kind of pressure to it. "
While, Gu Yehan was talking to the doctor, the other doctors and nurses who were in the OT, did not delay and hurriedly informed the Cheif of the hospital.
Unlike Gu Yeze, the head of the Gu Corporations, who did not like to show his face to the public, Gu Yehan was the face of Gu Corporation. Everyone knew him as the Vice President of the Gu Corporations.
And Gu Yehan was also not just appointed to this position, simply as it is. He was very well qualified for it. Though, he might be very annoying, funny and happy go lucky kind of man in his personal life. But he was not stupid. He very well knew how and when to switch his between his personal and professional personality.
Gu Yehan was still not done talking to the doctor, when a chubby man in his forties came hurrying up to the floor. He approached Gu Yehan and greeted him.
" Mr. Gu, it is such an honour for us to see you here. Please, come to the office, and let us serve you. " The Cheif said.
Gu Yehan was used to such book licking attitude from others. And he also realised that this place was not the best to be taking and discussing stuffs. There were many patients and doctors here, who were doing their jobs and Gu Yehan did not plan on disturbing or creating any kind of chaos here.
He agreed and went to the Chief’s office. And before leaving he told, the doctor and the Cheif, "I want the patient to be transferred to the VIP ward. "
The doctor nodded and said, "Consider it to be done, Mr. Gu." Even if he did not say this, they were already planning to do it.
Reaching the office, the Cheif said, "Would you like some coffee, Mr. Gu? " Gu Yehan shook his head and said, " Thank you for your hospitality. But I am actually in short of time, therefore it would be better if I just get to the point. "
The Cheif also now understood that Gu Yehan was not in the mood of any dilly dalling, so he also got serious and listened to Gu Yehan with all seriousness.
Gu Yehan continued, "The patient in there, is a close relative to the Gu family. And you must be now know that it is an accidental case. So, what I want to say is anyone should not be allowed to meet him except for the people I allow. And absolutely no news about him should go out of this hospital about his accident or his treatment here. Even if anyone come asking here about him, absolutely no information should be given out. Pretend as if he never came here. Is it good?"
The Cheif nodded in understanding. Gu Yehan took measures like this, because he saw his sister in law get so much scared and guarded up, as soon as his brother said about contacting the Ning family. His intuition told him that this accident had something to do with the Nings.
So he better take these measures, till his sister in law says what to do next.
After that, he left the hospital and drove back to his own place. While at the road, he called his brother to give an update about it.
Gu Yeze listened to everything and then kept quiet for a few seconds. Then he said, " Well done. But Yehan, you will have to do some more work now. "
" Yes, brother. What is it ? " Gu Yehan asked.
" Wen Xiao is working on finding about the accident. He has got some clue about it. It happened in the outskirts of the city, in the woods nearby the road that goes to the country. The place is still on fire. Go there, and see what’s the matter. And stop any kind of news from leaking about it. No news media should publish anything about it. Neither any stranger on anyone should get near it.
Ning Mei is in deep sleep. And looking at her condition, she might not wake up any time sooner. So tightly supress anything about it." Gu Yeze said.
" Okay. Brother. I will keep you updated about it. " Gu Yehan said and hung up the call.
