Now, Gu Yeze looked at some interesting things that he was holding. Or better said, ’ the interesting thing ’, he was holding.
Among the stuffs that Butler Xu gave him was two phones . One he identified as Ning Mei’s phone, other he guessed would be Ning Jiming’s phone. purse and ... A bouquet.
He kept the phone and the purse on the side table and looked at the bouquet of Hydrangea and Primroses. It looked pretty. Then he saw a hand written note :

So these flowers, they symbolises undying love and fovever togetherness and prosperity.

Gu Yeze’s face beamed with a pleasant smile. All the little upsetness he had in his heart, for Ning Mei not coming to pick him vanished like it was never there.
So what if she was not able to come. It is the thought and effort that matters! The fact that she was willing to get dolled up beautifully for him, buy him flowers and write a personal note in itself spoke volumes.
And if not from the sudden tragedy, she would have definitely come. Gu Yeze’s heart turned into a garden. He read the note again and smiling wishpered, " Yes. Forever!"

Gu Yeze went to his wife, how now was tossing and turning on the bed and making some soft sounds. Gu Yeze went to her and say beside her. Looking at her, he remembered that she was still in the same clothes that she had worn.
And her clothes had soaked blood stains in many places. It was not good for her to be covered with blood. Gu Yeze was afraid that she would catch illness, due to some kind of bacteria.
He then went to his wife, and slowly removed the sticky strands of hairs from her face. He rubbed the sweat from her face, and then heard her murmuring softly. From her expressions, he could tell that she was having some disturbing dream.
Gu Yeze lightly caressed her cheeks and head and called softly, " Ning Mei. Ning Mei. Are you listening? I am here. Ning Mei?"
Ning Mei opened her eyes slowly. The room was dimly lit. So she did not have much problem in adjusting her sight. But then suddenly her expression changed and it turned from confusion to anxiety.
She looked around and realised that she was no longer at the hospital but in her bedroom. And the only good thing about it was her husband was sitting beside her.
She looked at her husband and asked, " Yeze, Brother Jiming"
Looking at her anxious face, Gu Yeze pulled his wife to his chest and said, " You breathe first. "
Then he continued, " Your brother is fine and out of danger. He is weak now and on anesthesia. So he probably will regain his consciousness by tomorrow. "
Hearing this, Ning Mei sighed in relief. But then thought of something else worriedly and before she could say it, Gu Yeze shhed her down and said, " It’s okay. I have taken care of everything. "
He told her about the hospital thing, that Ning Jiming’s admission in the hospital will be not known by anyond except them.
