Gu Yehan at first was quite a lot excited to meet his sister in law who was none other than Ning Mei! He had a lot of things to tell her ! Like how he was wanted to befriend her. Once, this young master had also sent her word, that a handsome person of high position in the organisation wants to friends with her.
But he was brutally rejected by her saying that, it needs capability to be her friend not a handsome face! If high positioned handsome wanted, he could be friends with her boss, Si Jingli. Damn Si Jingli, that dead one!
And Gu Yehan also wanted to ask Ning Mei, what kind of hypocrite was she?! She on one hand rejected my good natured friendship, saying that good looks don’t affect her. But did she not fall head over heels of his brother in the first look, because of how handsome he is!
Thinking of it, Gu Yehan felt immensely proud. Of course, whose brother is he! Gu Family always had good genetics, you know.

Gu Yeze on knowing had instructed the pilot of his Private Jet to take off and land it accordingly to the timing given by him, which he matched with Ning Mei’s timing, after knowing that she would come to pick him up.
Gu Yehan had also seen Gu Yeze send a text message to Ning Mei before the flight took off. So she naturally knew the timings.
And now slowly, his enthusiasm died and was replaced by boredom, and after some time concern for her. The concern for her started, when he saw that his brother’s temperant started to change. And the more it turned gloomy, the more Gu Yehan’s concern increased.
Gu Yeze has been sitting in the same position from the last fourty minutes. One leg folded and resting on the other, his posture straight and his eyes staring straight at the door in front of him like a hawk. Occasionally, he would check his phone. And everytime, he did it, his gloominess would increase by a notch.
Gu Yehan and Wen Xiao, this two who were standing the closest and next to him could see his phone screen. And it showed how many times, Gu Yeze had tried Ning Mei’s number. He had literally called her 15 times in the last 40 minutes!
Everytime the call was not answered, Gu Yeze would again look straight at the door. People would think, ’Wow, the man is so sweet. He is patiently waiting for his wife! ’
But the people there experiencing first hand situation knew that the situation was completely different!
Yes ! This man was sweet! Infact, he must be sweetest to his wife! But right now what was brewing wasn’t a sugar syrup but a typhoon!
Their Boss had been stood up! The Great Gu Yeze had been stood up! .
And just like this, another 30 minutes passed away. The people in the room went through another 30 minutes of mental torture.
And right now, it was even being difficult for Gu Yehan and Wen Xiao too, to stay beside Gu Yeze. Heavens! This man was emiting demonic vibes!
Gu Yehan, at this moment just wanted to brage out of his room. But he stood rooted in this place in order to not offend this gloomy and scary man here. What if in this process the devil decides to release his warth on him?! So, he gave up his life saving idea.
Finally after more than one hour, Gu Yeze finally moved and talked for the first time. Gu Yeze stood up and grabbed his coat and then walked towards the door. He then said in his icy cold voice , " Locate her location. "
The people in the room finally sighed in relief, but then his words brought the same confusion in everyone’s mind, " Heh? Location?"
And the one who was the most confused was Wen Xiao, yet he did as told instantly.
In the car, Wen Xiao sat in the passenger seat, while the driver drove the car and Gu Yeze and Gu Yehan were seated in the back seat.
Gu Yeze sat straight with a non readable expression on his face as she had just turned his neck to look outside the car.
Gu Yehan on the other hand peeped at his quite a few times and then swallowed what ever words he was going to say .
Damn! Ning Mei! Do you even realise what kind of situation have to stuck ourself in?! May this devil not make you stand the whole night in the yard for your mischief.
Everyone in the room had thought, Ning Mei had played a silly prank on Gu Yeze and then stood him up. Or why else she would promise him that she would come , and even say that she was on the way and not come? Also, not picking up the call for more than an hour?
Gu Yehan finally brought some courage and said, " B- Brother, it is okay. No need to be so hyper angry. Sometimes, in love, the ladies do play such pranks. No need to always take it to heart.
A- And don’t punish Ning Mei, alright. She is such a kid, with silly brains. It happens.
B- because, the way your face looks right now, it will scare her soul away. "
