Chapter 130: FIREWORKS

Gu Yeze flashed a heart stopping smile and nodded. Ning Mei smiled once again and took his hand and made him sit on his chair, before going to her own.

Ning Mei took the initiative to do everything, from pouring the wine in the glasses, to ordering food. Once the waiter left after serving the dishes and closing the door behind, Ning Mei fed Gu Yeze with her own hands. And without any doubt, Gu Yeze gazed in to her wishes. He was enjoying his life to max that moment. The man just wanted this moment to go on and on and never stop. Well.. He was going to make it come true, anyway.

Gu Yeze picked up his own spoon and took a scoop of food from his own plate and moved it to Ning Mei’s lips, but the fact was that his hand was trembling visibly. And the reason was , his extreme excitement. The more he tried to conceal his happiness and joy in front of Ning Mei, the more his heart was jumping like crazy.

Since the last night, everything that was was happening with them was so squeal, completely unprepared, unpretended and unplanned. And right now, Gu Yeze was having the best time of his life, in real literal sense.

He raised his hands which held the spoon, that were trembling. But the next moment as he saw that he quickly tried to pull back his hand. But at that second, before he could pull back, Ning Mei caught his hand and stared at him.

She then slowly leaned her head forward and ate the food from his spoon. She raised her eyes to look at his slightly face abnd winked at him.

According to her, his such reaction was because he was completely new to all this. Well.. She was also brand new to this all, still he was different. Because he was a CEO, a big one at that. And for her, CEO’s like him were all stone hearted men whose heart only beats for one women. Yes, the same thing that happens in romance novels.

And Ning Mei wanted to be that one women to him. His everything.

But what she didn’t know was, she was already one for him.

After they finished the food, it was time for the desert. The waiters came and cleared the dishes and bought the desert. Then too, Ning Mei fed him by herself. And Gu Yeze gladly ate.

Of course he tried his level best on keeping a straight face, but his eyes betrayed him. Happiness and bliss was clearly ozing out of his eyes in abundance.

The two of them did not have a very heavy dinner. Just a light and perfect one.

After they were done eating, Ning Mei stood up from her chair and strode towards him. She looked at him with all the affection she had within herself. Her eyes spoke volumes. As if he was the only worthy thing she could find your look at in the universe.

Gu Yeze’s mind was off dimension now. He could just see a dark goddess striding towards him, trying to enchant him and caste a spell on him with her eyes. And he on the other hand is gladly ready to hand himself, his body and soul over to her with any second thought.

Gu Yeze sucked in a breath and then softly gulped. Goodness, she was just a goddess.

He saw her come in front of him and stand. Then she stretched both her hands in front of him. And as if he was spellbound, his hands moved on their own before his brain could format anything and he kept his hands in his.

Ning Mei gently pulled his hands, making him stand. That soft smile, still constantly there on her lips.

The both of them held the eye contact with each other for a few seconds without saying anything. Gu Yeze felt his heartbeat increasing. It was all insane for him to how his heart and mind was reacting. He just couldn’t describe what he was feeling.

He opened his mouth to speak something but before he could utter anything....

Boom!!!

Shh..!!! Boom!!!

The night sky outside was decorated with numerous colourful stars. The fireworks were set up one by one. Soon, the whole sky looked marvellous. People stopped whatever they were doing and marvelled at the sight. But the next moment, almost the whole population that was witnessing the fireworks show, gasped together because...

The fireworks that followed next started forming words...

" I Love You Hubby "

And then followed by,

"Thank You"

And then after a couple light works, it was over...

The whole of that part of the city was stunned intpo silence with the finished show.

One second, two second, three seconds, And then they crowd broke into a thunderous apolauds.

" Wow! Did you see that? I haven’t seen such a confession in such a long time! "

"You are taking about time? I haven’t seen such thing in my life... "

"Oh my God.... The guy seems to be so in love... To do such thing. "

While the whole city was talking about the sight they just saw, a certain someone standing in front of the glass wall, still was staring out at the sky in a daze. If not for his breathing self, he would have turned into a certified statue.

Gu Yeze’s heart was shouting and screaming something at him in joy. But his poor brain was refusing to belive it, in the fear to getting dissapointed.

Next he felt, his big hands being squeezed lightly and gently by a soft one. He then slowly turned to face at Ning Mei. His expression was unfathomable but his eyes showed how stunned he was.

And then he heard her say, " I love you, Hubby. Really. A lot. You won’t believe me... But you really mean a lot to me."

Ning Mei then raised her hand and touched his cheeks and then taking a deep breath, she continued, "And thank you, for giving in to my such a bizzare wish and marrying a complete stranger like me. But trust me, I will prove to be a good wife to you.

Also, I know you have your reasons for agreeing to this marriage... And you don’t have to try me right this instant...

But it’s just that... Give me a chance, our relationship a chance... And we will help each other have a heavenly family. "
