Chapter 354 - 316: Lick, Lick Your Fill
Chapter 354: Chapter 316: Lick, Lick Your Fill
This time, Gu Ning’s claws left several bright red scratches on the Black-winged Beastman’s handsome face.
Black Wing didn’t dodge, nor did he give Gu Ning a second chance to scratch him. He seized her left wrist in a tight grip.
His slender, Silver-Armor-clad fingers closed around the claw clasp on her wrist. With a slight squeeze, the hard steel buckle snapped in two. Then, he bit down on Gu Ning’s glove, his eyes fixed on her flustered, furious expression as he pulled it off.
Gu Ning could only watch as this perverted black bird started licking her left hand again. His soft, hot tongue curled over her fingers, then greedily delved between them, as if unwilling to miss a single inch of her skin.
Gu Ning was terrified by his obsessive manner, as if he wanted to devour her whole. She shoved at his face with her free hand, but he merely turned and began licking her right one.
"..." Gu Ning gave up. She wanted to pull her hands back but feared he would just lick her face instead. Seeing him hovering in midair, completely captivated by her hands and oblivious to the approaching Philinos and his team, she decided to simply cover his face with both of them.
’You love licking so much? Go on, lick your fill!’
The Black-winged Beastman inhaled and exhaled deeply, a tremulous sigh rumbling in his throat. The sound alone made Gu Ning want to call the police.
She now strongly suspected this pervert who had captured her had no proper upbringing, had never been around a female, and was so overcome with desire that he had become this... desperate.
She was terrified the damned pervert might do something awful to her, right here in the sky.
Just as Black Wing’s tongue slipped into Gu Ning’s sleeve, a ghostly blue blade flashed behind him, slicing toward his neck—
Black Wing’s eyelids twitched. A cold light flashed in his eyes, and in an instant, he spun around with Gu Ning in his arms, blocking the attack.
The Crystal Stone Long Knife rang out as it struck the silver blade extending from his wrist.
Gu Ning watched them fight, her heart pounding with fear. Without her mask and gloves, the high-altitude wind numbed her face and stiffened her hands. The cold air funneled down her collar, and her body temperature dropped rapidly, sending uncontrollable shivers through her body.
Sensing her discomfort, Black Wing violently knocked Philinos back. After beating his wings to put some distance between them, he took Gu Ning’s hand.
By now, Gu Ning’s hand was frozen stiff, and the Silver Armor that should have been ice-cold felt warm to the touch.
’No, that’s not right.’
Gu Ning looked down. The hand gripping her wrist was no longer covered in Silver Armor. Its snow-white skin wasn’t cold like snow; it was warm, just like any other Beastman’s.
"&#s^i*..."
Hearing the beastman whisper above her, Gu Ning looked up. The Black-winged Beastman pressed his forehead to hers, his grip shifting from her wrist to interlace with her fingers.
Gu Ning struggled and turned her head away. In that moment, she saw the Silver Armor on Black Wing’s hand flow like a liquid, rapidly covering her own.
The strange, warm Silver Armor clung to her skin seamlessly and continued to spread.
It felt as if her skin was pressed against someone else’s, yet also as if she were being infested by something she couldn’t comprehend. The sensation was indescribably bizarre.
What’s more, through the Silver Armor, she could clearly feel Black Wing’s touch. As his fingers caressed the back of her hand, she could even feel their warmth.
Goosebumps erupted across Gu Ning’s skin. She began to struggle violently, trying to break free from the encroaching Silver Armor.
"#*o&." Black Wing tightened his arms, holding her still. His voice was gentle, as if trying to soothe her.
"Let go of me, you damn pervert!" Gu Ning cursed in her native tongue. "Take this disgusting thing off me!"
Black Wing held her tight with one arm, patting her back with the other, while his lips repeatedly pressed against her cheek.
"Get off me!" Gu Ning shoved his head away in disgust. As she struggled, she thought she somehow understood what Black Wing had been saying.
"It’s okay, it’s almost done..."
"..." ’What’s almost done?’
The phrase was familiar. Alex had said the same thing not long ago.
’This guy couldn’t possibly be...’
Seeing the obsessive look in the perverted bird-man’s eyes as he constantly kissed and touched her, Gu Ning started screaming internally.
’AAAAAAH, WH-WH-WHAT IS HE DOING?!’
Just as the Silver Armor finished covering both her hands and began to creep further, just as Gu Ning was about to break down from the assault, a flash of blue light shot past her eyes. A spray of warm, scarlet liquid splattered across her face.
Philinos had severed the arm Black Wing was using to hold her.
The crushing grip around her body loosened. Before she could even register what had happened, she was pulled into Philinos’s tight embrace.
"I’m here."
Gu Ning exhaled a puff of white vapor and clung tightly to Philinos’s waist.
Philinos held her with one arm and his long knife in the other. His blade became a spinning arc of light, driving back the pursuing members of the Heavenly Beast Clan. With his subordinates providing cover, he broke through their encirclement and flew away with Gu Ning at top speed.
"Go faster," Gu Ning urged, her anxiety spiking as she saw Black Wing in hot pursuit.
The stump of Black Wing’s arm was already covered by Silver Armor. He had tossed the severed limb to one of his comrades as casually as if it were a jacket.
Even from a great distance, Gu Ning could feel his scorching, terrifyingly possessive gaze.
"Faster, fly faster!" Terrified by his sheer presence, Gu Ning wrapped herself around Philinos like an octopus.
A slight smile touched Philinos’s lips. "Don’t be afraid," he said. "I fly very fast."
Then he added, "My squad will hold them off."
Gu Ning looked closely and saw that Philinos’s squad had indeed intercepted the Black-winged Beastman and his accomplices. Their figures shrank in the distance.
Just as she was starting to feel safe, she felt a faint, strange stirring on her arm.
"Once we reach the defensive perimeter, we’ll be sa—"
Before Philinos could finish his reassuring words, a sharp pain shot through his lower back, as if a sharp blade had pierced through his abdomen from behind.
Gu Ning heard the muffled grunt by her ear and turned in horror to look at Philinos.
Something extending from her wrist had pierced him.
’What is it... what is it?!’
There was another soft, dull squelch as the thing pierced Philinos again. The blade’s tip stopped just before her own stomach before retracting.
Warm liquid flowed over Gu Ning’s palm and dripped from her fingertips.
Gu Ning’s mind went blank for two seconds. She held her palm up to her face. It was completely covered in red.
A silver light flowed from her wrist, instantly encasing her entire hand.
Gu Ning’s breath caught in her throat. After a moment of stunned silence, she cried out, "Philinos, let go of me!"
Philinos’s body wavered in the air, but his arm around her didn’t loosen in the slightest.
"Put your hand back." Philinos glanced at her Silver-Armor-clad hand, took a few shallow breaths, and calmly guided her hand back over the wound.
’Technology from Sky Watch Point. Thankfully, it must not be the complete Silver Armor, or I’d be dead by now.’
"Philinos, we have to land," Gu Ning said, her voice trembling.
The thing was still moving. She was terrified it would shift and pierce another of Philinos’s vital organs—his heart, his neck, his head.
"Philinos, land!" Gu Ning felt the thing stab into Philinos’s body again. She immediately straightened her arm, tears welling in her eyes.
But no matter how straight she held her arm, the thing would simply curve around to strike Philinos.
"I’m fine." Darkness crept into Philinos’s vision, but he flew forward with grim determination. "Just a little longer. We’re almost there... almost..."
Philinos’s voice grew fainter and fainter. Before he could finish his sentence, he could no longer stay aloft. Still holding Gu Ning, he plummeted toward the ground.
