“Although she rejected me, she still cares about me.” That’s enough.

“Because you came.” It must have been Qingqing hinting to Big Brother that he was alone outside.

There are too many things, and some can’t be postponed.

Zou Yi poured the red wine and passed the stemmed glass to Zhou Hengguang.

Zhou Hengguang drained the glass in one go, handed out the empty glass, and then said, “Some things can’t be quit.”
“Like what?”
“You know!”
The brothers were silent for a moment, and finally, Zhou Hengguang, unable to bear it any longer, started to shoo him away, “Aren’t you supposed to go back to accompany your wife? Why haven’t you left yet?”
“I’m leaving now.”
Zhou Hengyang picked up his coat and left smartly, with Zou Yi personally sending him off before coming back and closing the door. He knew it. The third brother must be feeling unwell; otherwise, he wouldn’t have willingly driven Big Brother away.
“Third brother, you have a fever.” Zou Yi was anxious, angry, and heartbroken. For a woman’s sake, was it worth tormenting himself like this? “Why don’t you take better care of yourself? Don’t you know you have low immunity and poor resistance?”
Despite the complaints pouring from his lips, he decisively lifted Zhou Hengguang from the sofa, carried him back to the bedroom, and laid him on the bed.
