Renee Jennings looked at the stunned UnsweetenedCoffee and asked softly, "UnsweetenedCoffee, are you okay?"
UnsweetenedCoffee came back to her senses and blinked blankly. "I... I don’t know what to say."
When she first heard about this, she thought Hugh was a decent and sentimental man for giving his ex-girlfriend such expensive things after their breakup.
But as she got to know him better, she gradually realized something was off.
She could’ve racked her brain, but she never would have imagined this was the truth.
He had lied to everyone...
UnsweetenedCoffee suddenly thought of something. "Oh, right, his parents brought this up in front of me before. They blamed Hugh for giving the house and car to his ex-girlfriend."
Renee Jennings: "..."
She frowned slightly. "Your boyfriend’s parents are deceiving you, too."
[OMG, that whole family is just disgusting.]
[What kind of decent people are they, mooching off their son’s girlfriend?]

UnsweetenedCoffee saw the bullet comments and pursed her lips. "I don’t dare marry him now. It’s too terrifying. I’d be afraid of living my whole life in a lie."
She couldn’t help but say thankfully, "I’m so glad I listened to my friend and called into your stream. Renee, thank you so much."
"Don’t mention it." Renee Jennings smiled faintly, but in the next second, her gaze froze on one of the bullet comments.
[Holy shit! I just asked my cousin. Her ex’s name is really Hugh, and he has a golden retriever named Gus!]
"What’s this?" Renee Jennings read the user’s ID. "Kelsey, does your cousin know UnsweetenedCoffee’s boyfriend, Hugh?"
[It’s not that she knows him!]
[My cousin IS the ex-girlfriend UnsweetenedCoffee mentioned!]
UnsweetenedCoffee saw the comment too, her expression growing excited. "Kelsey, can you ask your cousin why she initiated the breakup?"
[I know why they broke up!]

UnsweetenedCoffee stared intently at the bullet comments, terrified of missing anything Kelsey typed.
Renee Jennings was also waiting for her to reply.
Kelsey was typing furiously.
[I asked my cousin about it back when they broke up. She said his parents moved into her house. At first, they said they were just there for a medical visit and would leave in a month or two.]
[But my cousin never expected that after the medical visit, his parents would just refuse to leave. His dad said he wanted to stay and find a job, and his mom said she wanted to stay to cook and take care of them. They were also constantly criticizing my cousin’s lifestyle.]
[It’s ridiculous. The house was my cousin’s, but they decided they were going to live there long-term without even asking her.]
Renee Jennings raised an eyebrow. "What happened next? Did your cousin initiate the breakup then?"
[My cousin didn’t break up with him right away. She tried to talk to him first and asked him to have his parents move out. He lied to my cousin, saying he’d take his parents to look for apartments, but he was just stringing her along.]

[The whole family mooches off the girlfriend, and then they go around telling people he gave her the house in the breakup. That’s hilarious.]
[Exactly! My cousin eventually realized they were just stringing her along and broke up with him for good. They refused to move out, so she had to get the police to watch over them as they left. Afterward, the guy kept harassing her to the point that she didn’t even dare to live there anymore.]
After reading all of Kelsey’s comments, UnsweetenedCoffee trembled and muttered, "He told me it was an amicable breakup..."
[Girl, break up with him! You’re lucky you found all this out now!]
[Unbelievable. Broke but still trying to act like a big shot.]
Renee Jennings also said softly, "That’s not a man you want to be with."
"I don’t want him anymore." UnsweetenedCoffee nodded firmly. "I’m breaking up with him right now."
She sent Renee Jennings an Angel Wings gift and then logged off.
Renee Jennings turned the camera back toward the two lazy male lions.
[Huh? Did Thunderbolt and Blaze get frozen in place?]
[How are they staying so perfectly still?]
[They couldn’t have fallen asleep, could they?]
The next second, Renee Jennings heard them snoring.
’They really are asleep.’
Renee Jennings said with an amused look, "Did you guys hear them snoring?"

[Renee, are you going to the Tiger Park? We want to see the big tigers!]
[Tigers!]
Renee Jennings thought for a moment before agreeing to her viewers’ request. "Alright, I’ll get my things and head over to the Tiger Park."
Just as she said she was going to the Tiger Park, Thunderbolt woke up. "Renee, are you done working?"
Renee Jennings blinked. "Not yet."
Thunderbolt: "Then why are you standing? Aren’t you tired? Quick, sit down."
Renee Jennings had no choice but to sit back down on the armchair sponsored by Faye Wyatt. She aimed the camera at Thunderbolt. "Thunderbolt’s awake."
The implication was that she couldn’t go to the Tiger Park now.
[So I guess we’re not going to the Tiger Park?]
[Hahaha, Renee is like a cheating husband caught by his wife on his way out the door.]
Seeing this comparison, Renee Jennings didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Thunderbolt glanced at Blaze, who was still sleeping nearby, and suggested, "Renee, do you want to move and work from somewhere else?"
"Move where?" Renee Jennings asked.
Thunderbolt thought, ’Anywhere a bit farther away from Blaze would be fine.’
Renee Jennings didn’t guess his little scheme and readily agreed.
Thunderbolt pushed the sofa with his head, nudging it to the side, farther and farther away from Blaze.
Seeing this, the audience seemed to catch on to something.
[Does Thunderbolt not want to be too close to Blaze?]
[But they were just sleeping butt-to-butt a minute ago.]
Renee Jennings was a beat slow to realize this. Just as she was about to ask Thunderbolt about it, her attention was once again drawn to a particular bullet comment.
[Host, do you remember me?]
She looked at the user’s ID and said softly, "SesamePouch, I remember you."
[SesamePouch? I remember her too! Did your husband bring his illegitimate kid home and try to pass him off as his little brother?]
[I was just thinking about the SesamePouch situation, and here she is! Talk about perfect timing.]
SesamePouch requested to connect to the stream.
Renee Jennings accepted the request, and a bright, smiling face quickly appeared in the split-screen view.
"Hi, Host! Hi, everyone!" SesamePouch greeted with a smile.

[Did you get a divorce? You look like a whole new person.]
Renee Jennings smiled. "You look beautiful today."
"Thank you, everyone." SesamePouch was all smiles. "I’m traveling with my mom and my sister."
"Is everything settled back home?" Renee Jennings asked.
SesamePouch: "As soon as we get back, I’m gathering evidence and filing for divorce. My whole family supports me. That dog of a man still doesn’t know I’ve found out. A couple of days ago, he even sent me a video of his illegitimate son, saying the kid is adorable and that I’d love him for sure when I saw him."
[That scumbag is a real piece of work!]
