Chapter 345: Epilogue - Part 1

Days turned into months, and months into years, as peace and prosperity returned to the six realms.

With the defeat of the Shadow Lord, the once-chaotic world began to rebuild themselves, guided by the diligent efforts of their rulers and leaders.

It didn’t take long before Xiang Ling finished serving her punishment and found herself finally free to live her life alongside the men she loved.

And while both Xin Cheng and Dao Ming still had some time left to finish their punishments, they made sure to spend some quality time with her.

Every other day/night, she found herself wrapped in the arms of one of her lovers, sometimes there were two, or three, or all six of them.

It was exactly a century after the last battle, when Xiang Ling married Zhang Xuan in a ceremony that became the stuff of legends.

There were radiant beams of light piercing through the clouds, flower petals showering, and sweetest melody filling the air as Zhang Xuan and Xiang Ling performed the bows.

But despite the joy of their union, Xiang Ling felt a new weight settle on her shoulders when she was declared a Goddess. She did try to resist the title, but marrying Zhang Xuan, the last God alive, left no room for refusal.

"It changes nothing," her husband reminded her in his gentle voice. "No one will make you work extra."

But the responsibilities that came with the new position were undeniable, and though Zhang Xuan did everything to share her burdens, she often found herself sighing, wondering how she ended up here.

Five years after her marriage to Zhang Xuan, Xiang Ling found herself standing before an altar once more, this time beside Wei Guang and then Li Xian. The twin ceremonies were held within the span of a single year, each unique in its grandeur.

Wei Guang’s wedding took place in the heart of the Celestial Realm. Beneath a sprawling tree with silver leaves, the two of them performed the rituals.

That night, as they danced beneath the stars, Wei Guang whispered, "I promise to share every joy, every sorrow, and every duty with you, my Queen. I love you, Ah Ling."

And despite the new title and its responsibilities, there was immense joy in Xiang Ling’s heart as the Celestial King became her second husband.

Her wedding ceremony with the Heavenly Crown Prince was a vibrant affair. The venue was the grand palace of the Heavenly Realm where the entire realm gathered to witness their union as well as the guests from the other reslms.

Two years later, Xiang Ling found herself in the Demon Realm as the wedding day approached. It was an entirely different scene as everything was in the shades of black, crimson, and purple. The food was different, the music was different, and even some of the rituals were different. But one thing that remained same like her previous weddings was her love for Xin Cheng.

The nights that followed the wedding were filled with intimacy, pleasure, and preparation for the next wedding that took place merely a week later.

In the Beast Realm, it was about the nature. And it felt even more surreal when Xiang Ling married Dao Ming in the presence of countless spirit beasts, most of whom were in their beast forms.

Her wedding with Zhe Yuan didn’t take place until five months after her marriage with Xin Cheng and Dao Ming. And once again, she got to experience an entirely different type of wedding - the wedding of the Water Realm.

And with the conclusion of her final wedding with Zhe Yuan, Xiang Ling found herself with many important titles - the Celestial Queen, Crown Prince Consort of the Heavenly Realm, Demon Empress, Queen of the Beast Realm, and Mer Queen. With each title came responsibilities, and though the burden often felt overwhelming, her husbands were always there to support her. They worked together, ensuring she never faced her duties alone.

When the punishment of the Dark Force’s remnants ended after four hundred years, Xiang Ling, Zhang Xuan, and Li Xian personally oversaw their resettlement. It was a delicate task, but their combined efforts ensured a smooth transition.

And merely a few years after this resettlement task, the Heavenly Emperor and the Empress decided to step back from their duties.

The crowning of Xiang Ling and Li Xian as the new rulers of the Heavenly Realm was an event unparalleled in history. The Heavenly Emperor and Empress presided over the ceremony, their pride evident as they passed the duties and honor of the titles to the duo.

And while Xiang Ling had a bright smile plastered on her face, she couldn’t help but groan internally at the promotion in her title.

"Don’t look so glum, my Empress," Li Xian teased as they shared a quiet moment after the ceremony. "It’s just one more crown to add to your collection."

"You say that as if I enjoy this," Xiang Ling replied with a mix of exasperation. But the rest of her complaints got melted away when Li Xian pulled her into a kiss.

This particular evening, Xiang Ling retreated to her chambers after a long day of work, only to find all six of her husbands waiting for her.

The room was filled with soft candlelight and the faint aroma of flowers. Zhang Xuan was the first to pull her into his arms and his lips brushed against her forehead in a warm kiss. "You hae done so much, Ling’er. Let us take care of you tonight."

One by one, her husbands surrounded her. Their touches were gentle yet filled with passion. They hugged her, kissed her, and made her forget about everything but them.

And before she knew it, she was naked and at their mercy as they showered her with their love and passion.
