Xiang Ling felt the touch of his soft lips against her right cheek before the man pulled back.
"That wasn’t the kiss I wanted." She told him in a flat voice while staring at him. The man smiled softly in response before whispering, "I know."
She opened her mouth to speak again but didn’t get the chance when Xin Cheng once again inched his face closer to hers, and this time, the kiss landed on her left cheek. His soft and warm lips then moved to her forehead and he pressed a kiss there as well.
Pulling back once again, he gazed into her eyes and took a big step closer, forcing her to step back even though she didn’t want to. He then took another step forward and once again forced her to step back. It was almost like he was controlling her body against her thoughts.
Three or so steps later, she found her back pressed against the wall once again while the man caged her there with his large frame. He stood towering over her with his body so close to hers that she was able to feel his warmth.
A soft sigh escaped Xiang Ling’s lips when she felt Xin Cheng’s hand making its way into her hair. His fingers threaded through her long locks as he inched his face closer.
She was breathing heavily as she watched his lips getting closer with each passing second. Her entire body was filled with the tingles of excitement that were ready to burst at any moment.
It felt like forever to her, but finally, his lips found hers. It was the softest of touch possible at first, but then, his hand grabbed her nape and brought her face closer while he deepened the kiss.
A soft sigh escaped Xiang Ling’s lips as she found her hands making their way around his waist while she eagerly welcomed the kiss. It was everything she dreamed of, everything she wanted, and everything that made the two of them forget about the existence of the rest of the world.
Just as she thought about losing herself in the moment, the man suddenly ended the kiss and pulled back his face. Their gazes collided and she was ready to complain that the kiss was too short when she noticed the intensity in his eyes that were now glowing with a crimson hue around his dark irises.
She watched as he breathed heavily and gulped as if his throat was dry, all the while his gaze shifted to her lips. His other hand came to cup her face right before he once again closed the space between their faces and pressed his lips against hers.
This time, the kiss wasn’t slow or gentle. No! It was fast, deep, hard, and filled with need. He pressed his body against hers while his lips played with hers. The intensity of the kiss caused Xiang Ling to gasp and it gave him the perfect opportunity to slip his tongue past her parted lips.
While she moaned at the sweet sensation, a low growl made its way past Xin Cheng’s lips as he continued to kiss her like she was the sweetest wine he had ever tasted and couldn’t get enough of.
The two of them lost track of time as they lost themselves in the pleasure of the moment. Everything was perfect, and the two of them were free of any worries, fears, and responsibilities for that short amount of time.
Xiang Ling had no memory of the place, or how they made their way inside what seemed like a small but beautiful house in his Spatial Realm. Maybe he carried her, or maybe they just teleported there, whatever the case, they were on a bed with him on top of her as they continued kissing. It was almost like they were addicted.
She had no idea how long they kissed, but it was long enough for her to get drugged on his taste. When he finally ended the kiss and pulled back, she realized that he was only wearing his trousers and his upper body was completely bare. The culprit was none other than her who had torn away all his clothes at some point.
She didn’t get enough time to appreciate just how good of a physique he possessed as the man forced her to close her eyes when he started placing soft kisses on her eyelids. His lips then trailed kisses all over her face before once again finding her lips. They kissed for a while again before finally pulling away.
He found a comfortable place on the bed beside and immediately pulled her into his arms, against his very muscular and bare chest. Realizing that they were now stopping, Xiang Ling was ready to complain as she was greedy for more. However, she never got the chance.
"Sleep now, my love. Let me hold you in my arms and watch you sleep peacefully. Let me paint this beautiful memory in my mind for the rest of my life. You owe me that much." His voice was low as he spoke, and yet, they carried a sense of power in them that made Xiang Ling forget about complaining for more.
Still, there was one thing she wanted to tell him and she knew that she wouldn’t be getting another such chance. Looking into his beautiful eyes, she cupped his face with one of her hands as she confessed with a soft smile on her lips. "I love you, Xin Cheng. I have foolishly fallen for the charms of the great Demon Emperor of the Demon Realm. I will not force you to choose me over your people and Realm, but I want you to know this... if you ever felt like changing your decision, I will always be waiting here for you. No matter how many other men will be there in my life, no matter how much I will love them, my love for you will never change. I will love you forever, until my existence will cease in the Five Realms."
