He had changed into a thin robe before climbing in the tub. He leaned into the tub and closed his eyes, running his mental energy all over his whole body in circulation to spread the effect of the concoction in his whole body. After cleaning up the tub and disposing of the bathrobe, Ye Caoyun went to take a bath and take a shower next door. "Sweetie, did you do something this afternoon? Your body index seems to have changed a lot," Mo Jing asked worriedly to his son.
The duke, Ye Jie, also looked over worriedly and said, "Are you feeling unwell? Should I summon a doctor?"
Ye Caoyun realized that he couldn’t actually hide anything from his parents and he had no intention of hiding it at all. He pulled the prepared note for the Marrow Cleansing Concoction he had used with the list of herbs and the whole process of body cleansing was explained on it. He gave it to his parents without hesitation.
He said, "Master had given me this. He said it’s a bathing concoction for clearing impurities in one’s body. Of course, this is for the physical body, not the mental one. I had already tried it myself. Though the process of cleansing is a bit painful, it was actually effective. My original D-grade Physique should have changed."
Upon hearing this, the duchess took the written report his son placed on the table and checked it himself. The more he read the details the more amazed his expression showed. According to the steps and the effects of each herb in the body, this detailed report is most likely true. The duke who was waiting for his wife to explain was watching the changes on his partner’s expression and realized that this concoction must be a real one.
Ye Caoyun added, "According to the Master, this concoction is only useful and its effects vary among people. After all, impurities in one’s body are also different from one another. Once the impurities in the body are removed it would greatly increase one’s physique and with proper training it can further be improved. It might also clear some poison in one’s body. But it is more effective when using the breathing technique Teacher Mo Anjing had taught in the academy. I had also written about how that breathing technique is used."
"Breathing Technique, the Ances... Your teacher had taught you in class. Is it alright for you to spread it to other people?" Duke Ye Jie asked with a worried frown.
Ye Caoyun smiled and said, "Father, don’t worry. Teacher Mo Anjing said he doesn’t care if this breathing technique was spread to the crowd. He said it’s better to spread it so it would lessen one going out of control and also help the guides learn how to control their mental energy better. He will not get angry even if I teach the family about it."
Only when the duke and duchess heard that did they sighed in relief. After everything was done, the duchess helped his son and waited together with the family for the results. Since the whole process was done by the duchess, the process was prepared by the doctors of the house instead.
Seeing the nervousness of Mo Jing, Ye Caoyun comforted him. "Dad, I feel alright and there is no pain anyway. I am definitely alright."
"Wife, relax. Looking at Yun’er, his state seems to be better than before. Everything should be alright," the duke said.
Then the doctors of the house approached them with shocked expressions as if they had discovered another planet in the universe. Utterly in disbelief and it made the whole family nervous.
With a frown finally appearing on the duke’s face, he asked, "Wait is the result. Don’t make the duchess nervous! Tell us!"

"This is a medical miracle!"
"Three grade upgrade! How is this possible!?"
