Chapter 1330: Killing Primordials 1

Chapter 1330: Killing Primordials 1

The situation in this meadowland area was honestly quite strange. On one side was full of playful amusement, with Shuangtian and Eva chasing each other while laughing, trying to wrestle each other down and give the other a spanking.

Meanwhile, the other side was full of gloom and hatred, glancing at the warped body of their family member beneath Draco's feet, the man himself glancing up at them with a slight smirk.

"How was this cretin invader able to accomplish this?" Iapetus asked with a booming voice.

Coeus' ugly face had its multitude of eyes narrow coldly as he analyzed the situation rapidly. "It seems that he performed a surgical strike that bypassed the defense of Origin Energy. He struck at her brain and destroyed the organ, also destroying her spirit and soul at once, leaving a body empowered by Origin Energy to be without a command center."

"Fine enough, but what does this mean for us?" Krios inquired in a stable tone.

"It means that any of us could be killed if we aren't careful, but mother will be fine," Mnemosyne confirmed slowly, their voice heavy with fatigue.

After all, being recently revived from the abyss of soul destruction came at a huge cost, and the lack of more siblings here showed how steep the price had been.

Draco listened to them discuss with a growing smile, feeling that it was all so amusing. "You guys are such retards."

The primordials who had been talking among themselves heard the sudden insult and immediately flew into a rage.

"Wretched creature, silence your filthy tongue!"

"Invader, how dare you insult us!"

"Don't think you are strong because you got lucky once!"

Draco did not take their rebuttals seriously and slung his sword over his shoulder as he placed a foot over the head of the corpse of Themis.

"You fools have gotten so used to the status quo that you've never bothered to develop outside of it. A bunch of trash with no potential have no right to continue living in my world."

The primordials were enraged up to their necks, almost suffocating with anger, but the example of Themis down there was enough to prevent them from making any rash moves until they understood the full situation.

Draco could see their train of thought and raised an eyebrow in a mixture of surprise and amusement. "Really? You think that if you know how I accomplished this, you can find ways to defend against it? Fine then, I'll tell you for free."

Draco leaned forward on his upright knee on Themis' corpse, looking like Super Saiyan Goku surveying the loser Frieza on Namek.

"It's quite simple really. Whether it is you lot of primordial trash or the original nine idiots, both sides are like children wielding big hammers, having great power but only knowing how to use it clumsily."

Draco glanced at Mnemosyne. "When that fellow tried that soul kamikaze crap, I told his split soul that if the previous me represented brute force—much like you lot—then I represent skill and technique. I can apply my abilities in a way that exemplifies how a person with a working brain should."

"One of the things I always hated when I was young was the Green Lanterns' fighting style. Having a well of near-infinite energy representing willpower and the ability to construct anything they can think of, yet they only ever made crude constructs or fired laser beams of energy. That fellow Hal Jordan was not even that special—it was only because he continually made out-of-the-box things like gatling guns or aircraft bombers that he rose among the lot of them," Draco complained with a sigh, leaving the primordials puzzled as they wondered what the fuck a Green Lantern was.

Draco rudely pointed one of his makeshift blades at them. "You lot are the same. Endowed with abilities that are grand beyond measure, but you use them like cudgels. Likewise, my group did the same, so both of you clobbered at each other until one side got tired, then packed it up and went home to fight another day."

Draco raised his foot and stomped it, making the corpse of Themis shake greatly. "But I am different. I take that same power and utilize it like a sniper rifle, able to kill you in one blow like this trash beneath my feet. It's so disgustingly easy that I wonder how Origin Gods to beings near the Origin Grade even have such a lofty status."

Watching Draco ruthlessly grinding his foot into their sister's corpse, the remaining primordials couldn't take it anymore. Not to mention the fool had largely explained his trick, and combined with the earlier deductions they made, they could almost guess the truth.

This fellow simply used a special combo of abilities to initiate a one-hit strike that could decapitate them, but it banked on their ignorance. As long as they protected their vitals with Origin Energy, even if Draco struck there, it would not be able to kill them in one hit!

Thinking like this, the group of primordials were filled with malice as they implemented their defensive plan before surrounding Draco quickly, making sure the bastard couldn't escape from his reckoning.

Draco made no move to escape, still in his casual posture as his lips curled up. "Finally got the guts to fight, huh? I have to commend my pep-talking skills—it's clear that I can even motivate cowards to think they have a chance."

"Enough! Wretched invader, prepare to accept your reckoning for harming Hyperion, Oceanus and Themis!" Iapetus roared with hatred, throwing out a punch backed with his full force.

Draco chuckled and kicked Themis' corpse upwards, placing it in the way of the blow. "Hey, don't forget that I also technically harmed the weirdo over there called Mnemosyne or whatever. I also slashed your whore mother, so I harmed five of you in total."

Iapetus' face changed, but he couldn't stop his massive blow that struck the corpse of Themis full force and caused it to explode into bloodmist, raining down over the sky as half of it was knocked off.

"No!! What have you made me do!!" Iapetus roared with anguish.

Draco folded his arms and laughed loudly. "And now, I've given you free trauma before death. If this were a score screen, I would be on a 'Wicked Sick' announcement, right? Hahahaha!"

Clearly, Draco was thoroughly enjoying himself playing with these primordials singlehandedly, these foes being headaches even the original nine couldn't solve. Yet in his hands, they were like the side characters in the main character's party when the big villain arrives, slaughtering them all in despair until the main character arrives in anger to save the day.

However, it has been said once before and will be said again—it was a terribly unfortunate thing that the main character of this world just so happened to be the despicable villain who needed to be cut down, meaning that there was no one who could come and save these poor primordials.

Krios appeared behind Draco, having stopped time and moved with the flows of the timeless domain to reach behind Draco. Just as he was about to deliver a surgical strike, he saw that—to his horror—Draco's eyeballs were tracking him even as he maintained his laughing posture while facing his siblings.

No matter how Krios moved or dodged in stopped time, Draco's eyes always followed him. Eventually, Krios forcibly calmed himself down and clenched his jaw.

"I don't believe that you can move within my domain!"

The Primordial of Time and Constellations did not hesitate to approach Draco and prepare a blow condensed with his strongest force, condensing the changing elements of the weather into his fist and thrusting it towards Draco's back.

In Krios' mind, even if this doesn't kill Draco head-on, the sheer force should certainly wound and weaken him, leaving space for his other siblings to come in and deliver their own blows in succession. Thinking like this, he couldn't help but put in more effort into his blow, aiming to change the fate of the primordials henceforth!

However, dreams are beautiful, but reality is cruel.

Krios, who was exhilarated and supercharged about to hit his target, noticed that his body began to slow down within the stopped time, his speed going from someone who was moving at 'normal' speed in the stopping time to a withered old man who took ten years to make one step.

Krios panicked and couldn't help but feel intense horror in his heart. How did this fellow manage to accomplish this in stopped time? Could he also have time-related powers? Was that why he could track him though time had been slowed in this area?

Meanwhile, Draco's body seemed to 'peel' away from its spot, like a 2D character becoming 3D, as he turned to face the shocked and slowed Krios with an amused expression.

"Confused? Don't be." Draco spoke with a playful tone.

He circled around the slowed Krios, who seemed to have been reduced to 1/10th of his normal speed, with a strange smile.

"You're lucky that as the protagonist of this universe, I am constrained by the rules to explain my strange abilities and applications so that the crowd can understand what is going on, otherwise I would have killed you already," Draco said with a cold smile.

"If you're wondering why you are reduced to this, it has nothing to do with me usurping your power. I don't control time nor can I—that's an ability my wife has," Draco stated as he forked a finger over to Eva who could easily move in stopped time as if it were her playground, and Shuangtian, who, realizing that time stopped, immediately encased herself in a wall of mass to block out Eva, who was now actively trying to find a way in.

But hearing Draco's words only made Krios all the more confused, so Draco chuckled and continued.

"However, I do control the power of space, and very well must I add. It's something that fool Lucifer invested time in, so I can't say he was total trash in the end."

Draco came to stand in front of Krios and showed his palm. "I'll borrow the explanation from the white-haired guy and say it simply. You aren't slow now because I slowed you down. You are slow now because I extended the space between us by a great infinitude."

"Physically, it seems like you need to cross a few meters to reach me, but realistically the space in that area has been warped so that you actually have to cross hundreds of thousands of kilometers physically, and due to the visual distortion between perceived space and actual space, it seems—and feels—like you are slowed."

Draco pushed his palm towards Krios with a smile, shocking the time primordial when he saw that the palm stopped before him, also entering a moment of extreme slowness. "See, it even affects me, so don't feel cheated."

Despite saying this, Draco easily took his palm back and turned to glance at the stilled primordials who had no idea of what was occurring in stopped time.

"As for why I can move when you stopped time, it's the same principle really. I just peeled away that space around myself into a different dimension where time flows normally, freeing me from your constraints."

Draco rapidly pointed a finger at the remaining primordials, unleashing a beam of Destruction Energy that was aimed at their vital areas, which was able to move in stopped time because Destruction Energy could eat through anything, including energy, elements, concepts, etc.

Krios' pupils narrowed when he saw this and his heart was filled with horror. Draco turned to him with a smile and unveiled his sword, slowly walking over to Krios.

"Now I give you a choice. Release the stopped time in order to avoid my killing blow which will end your life, or maintain it and die, but your family members may be saved from my attack by Gaia or some other means."

Draco's smile was filled with cruelty as he raised his sword to chop down. "I am curious to see what choice you will make."
