The handsome Doctor player’s voice became unexpectedly gentle, and he reached out to caress the Heavy Armor Warrior’s face. But just then, the lights of the entire hall went out. The environment simulation also disappeared, and the previously loud music stopped!

From the road beside the square, a male NPC—his body and clothes covered in bloodstains—limped as he rushed out. One hand covered his neck where blood was pouring out. It had stained his clothes. He shouted to players, too afraid to attempt a rescue!
“F*ck! What’s going on?”
“An NPC? Is this a prank, or has this fellow killed someone?”
On the road beside the square, many players had clueless expressions. There were also some players whose eyes lit up, wondering if this was a Hidden Mission. But after they saw what was chasing the male NPC, their faces changed!
Beneath the moonlight were humanoid monsters greater than two meters tall. The skin covering their revolting brains had been completely peeled off, leaving only red flesh exposed on the outside covering the skull. They lunged at the player on the field beside the square so quickly that their movements left a blur marking their trajectories. One among them was holding a woman’s lower leg, chewing it in its mouth. Its super-fast speed caused the lower leg to leave a long trail of blood across the ground!

One player’s expression changed, and he hurriedly took out his submachine gun from his backpack, prepared to fire at the revolting monsters!
