Yue Jie chose something that made her look like a young mistress.
The dress she had was in elegant red and green with some floral designs on it.
It didn’t look expensive but she had the taste for it which suited her.
Her upbringing as a young mistress since young made her every movement elegant and Lin Xuan Qi thought that it was perfect for her.
He began to smile when he thought about having them with him enjoying the view of blooming flowers.
The four of them thought otherwise and after what he did to them the night before, they blushed and lowered their heads.
He raised his eyebrow at them when he saw their reaction.
What are they thinking about? I’ve only admired their new dresses.
Lin Xuan Qi shook his head at them and thought.
"Xiu had everything prepared for the outing." Xue Cong said to clear the weird atmosphere.
"Great, we can go tomorrow morning." He nodded and said.
He was also looking forward to it after being so busy for the past month.
It might do him some good in the meantime.
All of them were full of smiles when they heard him and they chatted about what they were going to do tomorrow during the outing.
Lin Xuan Qi sat there listening and enjoyed his tea.
They stopped when it was dinner time and they went over to the dining hall to continue with it.
After having his dinner, Lin Xuan Qi went to the lab and continued with his cultivation.
He needed to get to the next stage of his cultivation soon and not a day was to be wasted.
Lin Xuan Qi focused on it intensely, using up one Five-Element Stone after another.
It was at midnight when he was about to stop and rest for the night.

His dantian expanded and his spiritual sea also expanded.

He opened his eyes and wiped the sweat off his brow while he sat in the usual lotus position.
As the candle in the lab flickered, he thought about Lao Er and Ling Er.
They were out in the wilderness all by themselves and it was time to check back on them.
"Lao Er and Ling Er, where are you?" The low coarse voice sounded from the incense urn and Lao Er opened his eyes immediately.
He was cultivating with a Spirit Stone in his palm in the cave together with Ling Er.
Ling Er also opened her eyes and both of them got in front of the incense urn.
"We are here, Grand Ancestor Lin." Lao Er and Ling Er bowed at the incense urn and said together.
"How is your cultivation so far?" The low coarse voice asked.
"We’ve been working hard every day with all the time we could have.
"There are times when we need to hunt and forage for food or to clean ourselves.
"But I promise you, Grand Ancestor Lin, we didn’t slack and spent every waking moment cultivating whenever we can."
"I’ve watched over him every day and he didn’t slack." Ling Er chimed in to add weight to what Lao Er had said.
She was afraid that Grand Ancestor Lin might not believe him but Lao Er had indeed changed.
"That is good to hear. Remember, when you reach the Qi Concentration Level Mid Stage of cultivation with the Spirit Stones you have, go to the house in Gui Feng City at the address I’ve given you." The low coarse voice said.
Lin Xuan Qi wanted to remind them of it, fearing that they would lose track of what they were supposed to do next without any guidance.
Lao Er and Ling Er nodded their heads and said, "Yes, Grand Ancestor Lin."
They were already at the Qi Concentration Initial Level and getting near the peak of it, so they were confident of doing so very soon.
Living out here in the cave was also difficult with so many challenges and Lao Er thought that it would be best for Ling Er to stay in the city.
"Great. I need to hibernate again so I would not be able to communicate as frequently." The low coarse voice said and the cave turned back to silence.
Both of them glanced at each other and said, "Let’s continue with our cultivation."

Next day.
Lin Xuan Qi got up early and the mansion was already buzzing with activities.
Xiu was checking the items on the horse carriage for the last time before they set off for the outing.
Breakfast was ready for him and he had breakfast with Xue Cong and the others.
They were all full of smiles for it.
Lee He Song had his gourd of wine ready and Zhi Yong was happy to be able to get out of the city once in a while.
After they were done with the light breakfast, Xiu came in and said, "Everything is ready, I’ve double checked."
"What are we waiting for then? Let’s go." Lin Xuan Qi stood up and the others followed.
When he got into the horse carriage, there was even some green bean cake and tea ready for them inside it.
Lin Xuan Qi felt that Xiu did a great job with it, making him enjoy his life as the young master that he was.
And he didn’t mind that his wives and concubine were seated closely together with him.
"Bring us to Liu Shan Lin." Lin Xuan Qi said and the coachman nodded his head.
Crack.
The whip of the coachman cracked in the air and the horses started moving.
Xue Cong and Yue Jie helped him with the green bean cake and tea while Yue Xin and Liu Shi Shi glanced out of the window to see the scenery along the way.
The horse carriage with Lin Xuan Qi and four ladies inside drew the attention of the pedestrians.
When they saw how he was enjoying his life, all of them couldn’t help but look on at him with envy.
