Gu Yeze just listened to her and watched her until she finished all the four deserts. And now with her bright eyes she looked at him, " They were so good! You are the best! I love you. Thank you~"
Gu Yeze brought his hand to her lips and with his thumb he wiped her lips, that had some cream on it. And then he licked his own finger clean.
Ning Mei’s face flushed a light shade of pink.
And before the couple could say or do something else.

Ning Mei whipped her head to the side subconsciously looking for the source of sound. And all ger eyes were greeted with was a breathtaking view of brief burst of bright lights on the sky.
And then another firecracker went up in the sky and burst into a another colourful rain of lights.
Ning Mei stood up from her chair and walked in front to admire the thrilling beauty of the view. Gu Yeze followed her with a smile, avd stood a step behind her.
While Ning Mei admired the view in the sky, Gu Yeze admired the view of his wife.
The next second, a few other fireworks shooted towards the sky. And when the burst, along with turning into the rain of colourful bright light, a few words were also form. It read, " MY ONE AND ONLY"
Then another firecracker went up, and it read, " NING MEI"
Ning Mei wide eyedly turned to look at Gu Yeze who was standing right behind her, looking at her.
More firecrackers went up to the sky and rained lights, and the two stared at each other. Ning Mei then lifted her hands and touched Gu Yeze’s face, and he too held on her waist, pulling her closer to him.
After all the firework display, it went silent, leaving a distinct echoing reverberation. The two of them slowly leaned forward towards each other, lessening the distance. When they were at a distance of feeling each other’s breath, Gu Yeze touched the tip of his nose with hers, and lightly rubbed it.
Ning Mei snaked her arms around his neck, and wishpered, " This is probably one of the best nights of my life. "
Gu Yeze carresed her waist, and wishpered, his breath falling her lips, without actually touching his own, " Mine too. "
The next second, their lips touched each other softly, as if both of them were trying to treasure the moment as much as they can. And then the lips started moving against each other gently.
An atmosphere of sensual tension started creating around them. And slowly the kiss turned into a hungry and passionate one from a soft and tender one.
Ning Mei’s hold tightened on Gu Yeze, as she allowed her fingers to freely tangle itself in his hairs. And Gu Yeze also allowed his hands to roam around her back, as if memorizing each and every inch of her body.
He then held the side of her face with one hand and the other wrapped around her waist, as he took in the reins and started sucking on her lower and upper lips consecutively. Ning Mei turned passive for now, allowing him to do as he wished, while responding his kisses in between.
He sucked and nibbled on her lips with his teeth grazing on it, sending yummy sensations down her stomach. And the next second, he plunged his tongue on her warm, sweet cavern, tasting all her sweetness.
He exploded all the corners of her mouth relishing on her sweet taste. And then both of theirs tongues and lips started to roll, sync and dance together in same rhythm.
