Chapter 259: MEETING THE NING FAMILY

Elder Ning introduced him to all the family members one by one, and she greeted everyone. But when he introduced Ning Yiyi, Ning Mei pretended to be shocked as she widened her eyes and raised her eyebrow.

She as Muye, turned amazed and said," Ning Yiyi? Are you really...? "

Ning Yiyi understood that he just saw her and recognised her as the celebrity. Though, she may despise this man for ruining her plan, but his words did not fail to make her ego sore high.

Ning Yiyi put on her usual sweet smile as she said, " Hello, I am Ning Yiyi. Nice to meet you. How are you doing? "

Ning Mei as Muye turned shocked and in disbelief as he said, " I never thought that I would be able to meet you here, neither did I imagine having dinner with your family. "

Ning Yiyi laughed and said, " The pleasure is all ours. I and my family cannot even express our gratitude to you in words, for you saving my brother’s life. We will forever be grateful to you. " She really looked very humble and grateful, but Ning Mei knew very well, how much she wanted to scratch the man standing in front of her.

" We humbly welcome you, .... Sir.." Ning Yiyi said a little awkwardly. She only now realised that she did not know his name. Did he not tell his name yet or had she not paid attention well?

Even the other’s realised that he never knew his name. Ning Jiming never really mentioned what his name was.

On feeling everyone’s questioning gaze on her, Ning Mei put on a charming smile. But all this while she did not remove his eyes from Ning Yiyi, as she introduced her alias, " I see you do not know my name. I am Muye." Ning Mei did not bother to use the surname, ’Ning’ that she usually used with her alias name. But only said, ’ Muye.’

Ning Yiyi felt herself sucked in those unmoving eyes that were on her. This man did not move his gaze from her at all. And that made her feel to be in a position of loss, as she herself could neither look into his eyes continuously, or it would be odd. Nor she could walk away, as he was a guest. And it would look disrespectful.

Though she must say, his gaze did not feel creepy at all. After all, anything good looking people do never feels bad.

Muye then extended his hand towards Ning Yiyi, as flashed his charming smile saying, " I am Muye. I hope my celebrity crush remembers my name. And I must say, you look more beautiful in flesh than on camera. "

Muye then raised the back Ning Yiyi’s hand to his lips, and placed a light kiss on it.

Ning Mei made sure to make her likeness towards Ning Yiyi clear to all. And especially to Ning Yiyi, herself.

Ning Mei protrayed a charming manly attitude. It was not like the cold CEO types, but a little funky humoured and polite type.

Ning Yiyi took in his hand, and shook it with her lips pursed. After a very long time, did she feel herself being flushed at a man’s words like this.

Though she must say, she was not very fond of this man for his deed of saving Ning Jiming’s life, yet his handsome face and behaviour gave him a slight pass in Ning Yiyi’s eyes.

And that was what Ning Mei wanted.

Elder Ning and the other’s too did not feel it odd at all. After all, Ning Mei’s action in their eyes were normal and formal too. After all, Ning Mei did not lock her eyes with them, neither did anyone pay much attention to her gaze on Ning Yiyi.

The only thing they heard was her vocaling out her likeness towards Ning Yiyi as a celebrity. And it was normal as she was a public figure.

But Ning Jiming who was right now standing at such an angle where he could clearly see both Ning Mei’s and Ning Yiyi’s expressions felt it so odd.

Tha- that! Th-at eyes were flirty! And Ning Yiyi had blushed!!

It would not be too odd or anything if that ’guy’ in front was really a man. But when he knew who he really was, he felt it odd to an extreme.

This Ning Mei was flirting?!

Come on, flirting with a boy bring a girl was understandable. But being a girl and flirting with a girl that also this smoothly?! Heavens. She was straight right? Wait... But is she? Or she is just this good at acting?

Then Ning Mei also greeted Ning Yan. Ning Yan personally was thinking that she will also be praised like her sister. If not like that, atleast a little on her looks. But all she got was a swift curt nod, and a ’ Hello. Nice to meet you.’

And he moved on, leaving Ning Yan heavily disappointed. But ofcourse she could not vocalise her displeasure, especially in front of her fiance.

Ning Mei too shortly greeted Su Han and smiled at him out of politeness and he did the same.

Ning Mei very well understood what was going on in Ning Yan’s head. And she internally rolled her eyes, ’ What were you expecting, sisi? Even if you would have looked like some wingless fairy right now, I would have not praised you.’

Nor that, she was any intersted on praising Ning Yiyi even. It was just a part of her plan so she had to do it. Also, she knew that only giving Ning Yiyi special attention would make her more curious about him, and it was true.

Ning Yiyi noticed, Muye did not give any attention to other’s like he gave to her.

Muye has just finished his introduction with everyone, and just had a word or two more, when the Buttler informed everyone that the dinner was ready.

Elder Ning smiled and said, " Let’s have dinner first. " Then patting on Muye’s back, he said, " Let us continue the rest of the talk at the dinner table. " This chap was to his liking.
