Ning Mei came back to her car carrying the bouquet of flowers in her hand, with a happy face and heart. She unlocked her car, and was about to get in, when her eyes caught something.
She saw the same man in black with a scar near his eyes, ride his motorbike through a narrow road between two big buildings to go to the other side.
Ning Mei’s first instinct when she saw him to follow him, but she again stopped. Will it be alright for her to follow him? What if it had nothing to do with her and Ning Yiyi was minding her own business?
But then she again thought of something and changed her mind. Ning Mei just could not bring herself to trust Ning Yiyi anyway again . Ning Mei checked her watch, there was still time left. She could just follow up and she what the man was up to. If Ning Yiyi, was just minding her own business, then good enough. But she could not risk her safety, when she knew her intentions and her own gut feeling says that there is something wrong.
Ning Mei kept the bouquet in the backseat, got in the car, fasten the seat belt and drove the car. As the biker rode the bike from a very narrow road, so her car could not go through the same way. So, Ning Mei had to drive around the building so that she could reach the road where the narrow road was meeting.
While, she drove that way, Ning Mei realised that it was the road that was going to the countryside. She could not see the biker guy, but Ning Mei was sure that he had come this way. The was the one who was left behind. And Ning Mei increased the speed.
Even after a couple of minutes, she still could not see the the man and his bike. Ning Mei looked around, the road she was driving through led to the countryside areas and Ning Mei could tell that she was already in the outskirts of the city.
Losing hope of catching him again, Ning Mei slightly slowed down her car. Ofcourse, he was in a bike , and he escaped again. I just wonder what is Ning Yiyi upto?
Just when she was thinking of it, she heard a loud sound of collision. Snapping her head to the direction of sound, she saw that it came somewhere from the woods, by the sides of the road. Ning Mei stopped the car in shock, observing the matter, when she saw the guy in the bike ride out from the path that went into the woods.
Without thinking anything else, she stepped on the gas and speeded the car. She did not follow the man anymore, because he just rode the bike so fast from the scene that, Ning Mei doubted she could catch him red handed this time.
And on top of that, Ning Mei felt that whatever happened in the woods was more important for her to know than to follow and catch the man. By this time, the man was out of sight.
Ning Mei drove through the path that led to the woods, and not even a minute later, she saw heavy smoke emiting from some where ahead. Ning Mei drove there and she was stunned, "Accident? "
A medium sized transport vehicle had crashed on a tree and it’s front side had caught fire. And at some distance from it, another car had flipped upside down, and Ning Mei could see petrol leaking from it. Ning Mei hurriedly got off from her car and ran to the place of accident. There was an accident, so there are high chances of someone being there. And Ning Mei would not allow anyone to die, who was innocent in her eyes. The sun had long set down and it was almost dark.
Ning Mei first ran to the transport vehicle, and opened the door. But to her utter confusion, she found no one there. The material area was also empty with no one there.
As there was no one in the vehicle, Ning Mei hurried to the the car. As the car was flipped upside down, Ning Mei squatted down to see inside the car. And to her utter horror, what she saw inside froze her to her bones.
Ning Jiming was inside the car, and he had fainted due to the accident. Ning Mei’s mind that gone blank and all she knew was she had to save him at any fucking cost. And the thing that made it worst was the petrol leaking from the car, and the fire that had caught in the material vehicle.
Ning Mei knew that both this car and the vehicle would soon explode and the place would catch fire and she had to save Ning Jiming at any cost and as soon as possible. She pulled Ning Jiming out through the window of the car, as the door was locked as it had flipped. It put all ger energy in that. And after she pulled out her unconscious brother, she hurriedly carried him to her car.
While she was again crossing the material vehicle, as she supported the unconscious Ning Jiming on her shoulders, Ning Mei’s eyes fell on it. More precisely, on the vehicle plate. And saw that, the vehicle plate was blank, with absolutely nothing written there.
If anyone else would be there in this place, witnessing her carry such a huge man who was so much more than her weight, he or she would surely be shocked. Ning Mei hurriedly and put him in the passenger seat and fasten the seat best securely.
She got into the car and started it. Then she speeded the car out of the woods at the full speed. They could not waste a single more minute there. And as soon as they came out of that path and joined the main road, Ning Mei heard a loud "BOOM !!!! "
Ning Mei turned back and saw that the whole area, where the accident that taken place was now buring. All the trees were all burning.
