Feng Ye got off his trance and looked straight at Gu Yeze and said, "Brother Yeze? Does uncle and aunt know? "
Ning Mei and company looked at Feng Ye as if they had seen some strange scary creature. B- Brother!?
Gu Yeze shook his head and said, "No. They don’t."
Feng Ye continued to look straight and asked, "Does Grandpa and Grandma know?"
"No. " Gu Yeze answered with no change in his expressions.
Feng Ye took a deep breath and then asked, " Does Brother Yehan know about it?"
"Yes. " Gu Yeze replied.
And on hearing this, it was as if, Feng Ye could finally breath a fresh breath of air. Atleast one, atleast one was there with whom he could share his burden. It was never easy to handle Brother Yeze’s matters alone ! The family would chew them alive orelse!
While they were conversing, the other parties looked at them bewilderedly. No way. No way was Feng Ye related to the Gu’s right! And that too they seemed family?! And they even did not know about it?! Holy shit!
Finally Ning Mei broke out. "What do you guys mean?! How could you guys are related to each other? "

Feng Ye just took a breath and kept quiet. He was still having a hard time processing all this happenings.
Gu Yeze turned to his wife and smiled. Then said, " Feng Ye is my maternal brother. My mother’s nephew. "
Hearing this, all the rest three of them visibly gasped. Feng Ye was related to the Gu’s? They never knew! They met Feng Ye in elementary school and since then they were friends. They were not family friends like Yu Lian and her.
Though they had met Mr and Mrs Feng, many times. They never knew they were Gu’s relatives.
Ning Mei put her hands on her waist and complained, "What do you mean by this Chick Ye?! How can you hide this from us? You never said us?"
Feng Ye’s expression then changed and then he stood up, pointed at Ning Mei and said, " You! You! You! Why are you now blaming me? Anyone can , but you! You do not have any right to question me or blame me! Did you tell me about your stuffs? Did you tell me what actually happened in the hotel three years back when I was the one who was worried the most about you! I was the one who tried to help you the most with your silliest plans! Even this three years, though you did not want to keep any contacts with anyone, I was the one who latched on you, because I cared about my friend! Yet. Yet, you never told me what you were doing there! And i respected your decision and did not question it further. And now, you are blaming me? I just wanted our friendship to be about us! What would have happened if you knew my family background earlier? You would get Brother Yeze earlier? Just that? You are now blaming me for this?! Since when did you get so selfish like this!"
Feng Ye almost broke out. The time of his eyes got teary. He wasn’t feeling good at all. Sensing that he had a sudden breakout, now, he felt embarresed. He just wanted to leave now.
Every one was stunned by Feng Ye’s sudden outbreak. Especially Ning Mei. Guilt came surging into her. She realised how much Feng Ye and the friendship meant to her. He really did so much for her. He really was her sweetest friend.
Seeing that Feng Ye was about to leave, Ning Mei moved and caught his hand. Feng Ye turned to look at her and the sudden moment Ning Mei pulled his in a hug. Feng Ye was caught by surprise by the sudden hug. But then he also felt emotional. Ning Mei and Yu Lian were his dearest friends.
Ning Mei especially being with him in everything since childhood. He couldn’t believe just how suddenly changed. It was as if no one gave him any chance to cope up with anything. It was not as if he wasn’t happy for her. But he felt that, all the efforts that he had been making for their friendship wasn’t needed and that he was suddenly thrown out of nowhere.
But as soon as Feng Ye was pulled into a hug, he broke out. He sobbed and said, "You are a bad person. You just side casted me. You never believed me. Would I have not helped you find the man of your dreams if you said me about it earlier? You did not say me then. You did not say me when you came back. You did not tell me when you got married. Nothing. But still I was there. And now you are scolding me for not telling you something so small. You are a bully, Xiao Mei."
Ning Mei could literally feel her heart break, hearing his sobs. Even Yu Lian and Li Chen also felt really sad looking at him. Yu Lian could relate well with it. The three of them were close. But Feng Ye had just developed another kind of bonding with Ning Mei. Since the times when Ning Mei helped Feng Ye fight the bullies in elementary school till now. She could understand how he felt.
Ning Mei rubbed his back and said, "I am sorry, Feng Ye. I know I have hurt you many times recently. But trust me, i did not mean it. Just now, I wasn’t actually blaming you. I was just casually bossing around you. I really did not meant to hurt you. How could I? You are one of the most sweetest people I have. My closet brother and friend. I am sorry. Forgive me. "
Feng Ye who was sobbing till now, suddenly froze when he heard the term ’brother’. And then he sobbed harded. It hurt. It just hurt.
Gu Yeze who was facing Feng Ye saw the change in expression, could not help but feel it kind of funny. He had to bite his inner lip to not show his emotion.
