Since Zane Xavier was now one of her people, Stella Sterling naturally wouldn’t be stingy with him.
So her words were also a reminder for him to act when necessary and not conserve resources for later, because she had plenty more.
Zane Xavier paused, then understood the meaning behind Miss Sterling’s words. Miss Sterling possessed a portable space, after all.

But after she spoke, Stella Sterling seemed to think of something and added, "Later, when we’re dividing the supplies with the men from the Three Tigers Corps, we can let them have a little extra."
Hearing this, Zane Xavier’s eyes widened.
’I don’t understand why Miss Sterling would do that. What’s ours should be ours!’
’Besides, based on Hunter Night’s earlier description, we shouldn’t be taking less—we should be getting more. After all, if it weren’t for Miss Sterling, Hunter Night and his men wouldn’t be in a position to get this many supplies at all.’
’His master was the primary reason for their success. If Hunter Night and his men knew what was what, they should be offering *us* an extra share.’
’So why on earth would Miss Sterling want to take less?’
He was about to ask for her reasoning when he caught the teasing glint in Miss Sterling’s eyes.

’She must have secretly stashed a good amount of stuff in her space while they were searching for supplies earlier.’
He nodded. "Understood. I see that Hunter Night is a decent person as well. He didn’t abandon you at the critical moment, Miss Sterling. People like that are worth befriending."
"Mm."
Stella Sterling nodded. If the members of the Three Tigers Corps hadn’t acted in a way that exceeded her expectations, she really would have seen no need to let them have more.
But it was clear that this group from the Three Tigers Corps was of good character. Since that was the case, Stella Sterling didn’t mind helping them out a little more.
After giving Zane Xavier her instructions, she waved, truly intending to leave this time.

But Stella Sterling wasn’t in a hurry. ’She knew full well that if Ronan Rhodes’s men were going to make a move on Felix Lawrence, they certainly wouldn’t do it while he was still with Mutt’s crew.’
’They would wait to strike until Felix and his people were on their way back.’
So Stella Sterling didn’t show herself immediately, staying inside her space and observing their situation.
As they drove away, she moved her space, tailing them from behind.
Soon, she discovered a problem. Not far from Felix Lawrence’s group, someone was watching them.
Then, all along the way, people followed Felix Lawrence’s group, trailing them from a distance.
But inside her space, Stella Sterling sat on a sofa, a glass of red wine in her hand. She watched everything happening outside, her eyes narrowing slightly.
’Among the group tailing Felix Lawrence, she spotted a familiar face.’
’That man was one of Mutt’s people.’

It was like a performance. In moments, all thirty-plus men were on the ground.
Watching this sudden turn of events, Felix Lawrence’s eyes widened in astonishment.
’It all happened too fast. First, they were surrounded by all these men. Then, before his own people could even retaliate, their attackers just dropped dead.’
Before he could even process his surprise, he heard a burst of laughter from behind a nearby tree.
