Tang Mo’er quickly reached down and held onto her stained skirt.

At this moment, a powerful arm wrapped around her waist. Gu Mohan stared at the waiter with sharp and foreboding eyes. The waiter hung his head low and apologized profusely, “Sorry Miss. It was not on purpose.”

Gu Mohan looked down at Tang Mo’er, who was in his arms. “I’ll bring you upstairs to change into a new dress.”

Considering her sopping dress, this was the only option she had. Tang Mo’er followed Gu Mohan up the stairs.

Gu Mohan passed a new dress to Tang Mo’er and leaned over to kiss her. “Let’s go in and wash up together, okay?”

Tang Mo’er immediately stretched out her hands and pushed him away. “What are you saying? Your mother and the guests are all downstairs. Don’t tell me you want them to know that the both of us are fooling around upstairs?”

Gu Mohan pupils darkened and his large palms grappled with her waist, rubbing his calloused fingers over her body. “What’s there to be scared of? Even if we have sex late into night, they would never dare to knock on the door.”

“No. Your mother already doesn’t like me, if we fool around and do anything, she’ll think I’m even more of a promiscuous sl*t.” After Tang Mo’er said her piece, she took the dress and walked into the bathroom.

The sound of gushing water could be heard from the bathroom. Gu Mohan stood at the balcony with his hands shoved into his pockets. A rush of cold air swept past him, yet the more he waited, the more hot and stifling he felt.

All he could think of was the intimate feeling when he had Mo’er in his arms. Recalling the moment when his body pressed against hers, he could almost smell her intoxicating scent as he drew her close, remembering the feel of her luscious body against his.

His breathing was hot and heavy. Gu Mohan walked back into the bedroom and removed his suit. Unbuttoning the top two buttons on his shirt, he rapped his knuckles against the door. “Mo’er, open the door. We’ll bathe together, okay?”

There was no reply.

For as long as he could remember, Gu Mohan felt he was not someone with many desires. Yet, after he had met Tang Mo’er, he had overestimated himself. At the age of 30, he was youthful and vigorous, at the prime of his life. Initially, he could not control himself as he felt like having sex with her whenever and wherever. When he had held onto her just now, he had felt something unusual.

“Mo’er,” he coaxed her in a hoarse voice, “Be good, open the door. I want to do it.”

There was still no response.

Turning the doorknob, he found it unlocked and pushed it open. He entered the bathroom and saw the water running, but the bathroom was empty.

Tang Mo’er had disappeared.

His eyes fell immediately on an open trapdoor in the room.

Gu Mohan realized he had fallen for someone’s trick. Pursing his lips into a thin line, he frowned and returned back to the room.

There was someone else in the room. It was Lu Qi’er.

“Brother Mohan.” Lu Qi’er called his name in an affectionate tone.

Gu Mohan’s handsome face darkened. Not wanting to entertain Lu Qi’er at all, he ignored her and moved towards the door.

However, the door was locked and could not be opened.

A melodious ringtone rang, indicating an incoming call.

It was Lu Yan.

“Hello, Mr Gu. You’ll find that the door can only be opened an hour later. In case you haven’t realized, you’ve been drugged. The drug is not the normal aphrodisiac, but one invented by yours truly. Once you’ve been drugged, you won’t be able to treat it until you’ve had sex with a woman several times. Ah, what bliss.” Lu Yan’s arrogant voice sounded at the other end of the phone.

Gu Mohan held his phone tighter and sneered in contempt. “I knew the Lu’s raised a dog that would bite, but I never expected that this dog would bite me.”

“I would obviously not dare to bite Mr Gu. Your woman is next to me. She’s so pretty and she has such a good figure. I may have just fallen for her. Mr Gu, do you want me to give her a bite on your behalf?”
