Su Yu laughed. He wasn't too bothered. Yes, that was a treasure. But it wasn't enough to change the overall direction of the war. Radiant King wouldn't have gifted it otherwise. They were all smart people. They only needed to maintain decorum before each other.

After all, they were too many generations apart to have actual familial affection toward each other. However, they would still feel a sense of closeness to each other due to their bloodline.

Things would be very different during a meeting between Snow Orchid and Snow King. However, it was unknown if Snow King was still alive.

Wan Tiansheng asked, "Your Majesty, does Human Emperor want us to join them directly? Or is there a different arrangement for us?"

It wouldn't be appropriate for Human Emperor to leave them here if they were expected to join Human Emperor's group. Was there a different arrangement?

Su Yu swept his gaze over the group. After a short silence, he said, "Prior to this, I warned everyone that a difficult battle is waiting for us here. All our lives will be on the line. We're not here to make friends with Human Emperor and his people."

Everyone's hearts thumped.

Wan Tiansheng said solemnly, "Your Majesty, you mean that we will be joining hands with Human Emperor and attack?"

Su Yu nodded.

At that, everyone turned stern. But soon, Great Qin King laughed and said, "In that case, let's do it. To speak the truth, we have fought so many wars over the years. We never hesitate in battle. We will self-detonate at a single command. No matter what, our opponents won't be walking out of a confrontation with us unharmed."

"Let's do it!" Heavendoom spoke next, "Your Majesty, we're only here to fight. We're not here to catch up with some old friends. Giant Axe probably wishes to catch up with Snow King or something. Maybe there's a surprise waiting for him there..."

To the side, Giant Axe shot him an unfriendly gaze. As for Snow Orchid, her eyes turned frosty. Heavendoom...was too infuriating.

But Heavendoom seemed unrepentant as he said, "We might die after this battle. Why keep regrets? You have my support, Giant Axe!"

Snow Orchid's eyes turned even colder. Meanwhile, Giant Axe stroked his beard contemplatively. Was that so?

Would...it work? Noticing his reaction, Snow Orchid stared at him with astonishment. Was he really contemplating becoming her stepdaddy?

The moment she looked at him, Giant Axe assumed a grave expression and roared, "Heavendoom, are you courting death?"

Heavendoom merely grinned. Then, Giant Axe snorted and smiled at Snow Orchid. That was complete nonsense. Definitely. But...that monkey made a lot of sense as well. Would there even be a tomorrow for him?

Su Yu was quite a crazy emperor. With Su Yu's choice to seize the initiative, Giant Axe could very well die during the next battle. Should he...give it a try? Giant Axe sank into thought.

Death Spirit King stepped forth and asked, "Your Majesty, how did your discussion with Human Emperor go? Who will our opponents be? How strong will they be?"

"Thirty Masters of Laws." Su Yu stated, "That might change. There might be more, or there might be fewer. Nobody can be sure in the chaos of battle. But that will be the rough number of opponents we need to face. And there will be at least one tier-one among them."

Martial Emperor gasped, "Tier-one? Honestly, tier-ones are very strong. Back then, I saw Culture King fight. He killed a Master of Law by simply pointing his pen once. And his victim wasn't even a weakling. That was a weaker tier-three or a stronger tier-four. But someone like that died to a single jab of Culture King's pen."

That was something he had witnessed with his own eyes. Thus, he was fearful of Culture King despite his arrogance. In fact, back when Culture King killed that Master of Law, he had even shot Martial Emperor a glance. Since then, Martial Emperor had been terrified of Culture King.

"That Radiant King from earlier is a tier-one as well. According to Human Emperor, by becoming as strong as sixteen generic daos combined, one will enter the first tier. And Radiant King felt like he had just reached that level."

Sixteen daos to reach the first tier. Eight to fifteen daos for the second tier.

Su Yu wouldn't be too strong outside his world. He would be around nine daos. That was his estimate. But inside his world, he would have the strength of at least fourteen daos. Martial Emperor was about the same.

As for Battle King, he was probably at the very peak of his tier. He was as strong as Su Yu inside Su Yu's world. As for his exact strength, Su Yu couldn't be sure since Battle King had not utilized his dao during the previous fight.

Thus, when Su Yu joined hands with Battle King and Martial Emperor against a Sixteenth Dao outside his world, the result would be hard to determine. Human Emperor was the current strongest human. He was the sole pillar of humanity. Not even Su Yu could do that. One ought to know that Human Emperor was the key in this deadlock against the myriad races despite their massive numerical disadvantage.

He was the emperor. He was the leader in strength and in spirit. People like Heavendoom and the others wouldn't care about his death, but the ancient kings would go mad. They would lose their faith.

For them, Su Yu was truly a nobody. Wan Tiansheng even started wondering if this was a battle Su Yu asked for or Human Emperor asked for.

Were they fighting this just to weaken the myriad races? Or was Su Yu trying to use the battle to establish to the ancient humans that even with Human Emperor gone, all hope was not lost.
