Since Old Master Ding suggested it this time, she naturally was happy to see her mother have a good birthday.
Seeing that Yiyi agreed with his idea, Old Master Ding couldn’t help but smile, "Since you think so too, I’ll make sure to prepare well this time and invite some family and friends over for a lively get-together."
Yiyi didn’t oppose this idea.

"Grandpa, when the time comes, you should ask Mom first to see whom she wants to invite."
Old Master Ding nodded, "Alright, but I’m afraid your mother won’t agree to make a big fuss, so let’s only tell her when we have nearly everything ready."
"Alright, let’s decide on that then."
Thus, the grandfather and granddaughter settled on the arrangements for Ding Yuejun’s birthday.
After Yiyi left Old Master Ding’s study, Ding Yuejun called out to her, "Yiyi, Mom has to go out for a bit, so it’s just you and Grandpa for dinner. Don’t wait for me."
Hearing this, Yiyi quickly asked, "Mom, is there something busy again at the fashion store?"
Ding Yuejun nodded with a smile, "Yes, there’s something I need to handle, but don’t worry, I’ll be back as soon as I can."
Seeing Ding Yuejun say this, Yiyi didn’t press further and just said, "Mom, go ahead then, but come back early in the evening. Remember what Grandpa and I said before, don’t wear yourself out."
"Don’t worry, I know my limits." Ding Yuejun waved with a smile and then left.
When she arrived at the fashion store, she saw Shao Hui and Huang Yanquan sitting there. Seeing Huang Yanquan, Ding Yuejun was momentarily surprised but quickly smiled and walked up to them.
"Director Shao, is there something you need from me today?" Then, looking at Huang Yanquan, she said, "Mr. Huang, I didn’t expect to see you here today."
Hearing this, Shao Hui smiled and said, "Mr. Huang came with me today. The two of us are collaborating on a new TV drama, so we came to discuss the costumes with you."
Ding Yuejun raised an eyebrow at this and then looked at Huang Yanquan, "Mr. Huang, you’ve been investing in quite a few TV dramas recently."
"I’ve been optimistic about these recent dramas, so I invested in them all. I didn’t realize you and Director Shao were so familiar. I heard he was coming to discuss costumes with you today, so I tagged along."
As Ding Yuejun and Huang Yanquan chatted familiarly, Zhao Hui seemed a bit curious but didn’t ask further and just talked to Ding Yuejun about the TV drama.
"Boss Ding, we’re shooting a period drama this time, and the costumes are quite important, so we came today to discuss them with you."
Ding Yuejun has always been very meticulous and diligent with her work, so she nodded and discussed it with Shao Hui.
Huang Yanquan sat quietly on the side, listening and glancing between Shao Hui and Ding Yuejun. However, when he looked at Ding Yuejun, there was a flicker in his eyes.

Huang Yanquan was very familiar with the place and guided them to a private room he frequented. After ordering a few dishes, he also invited Ding Yuejun and Shao Hui to order.
Shao Hui wasn’t particular about food and said directly, "Mr. Huang, you can decide."
Ding Yuejun nodded in agreement, "Yes, you can choose."
Hearing this, Huang Yanquan didn’t say much more and ordered a few more specialty dishes, then asked the waiter to serve them.
After this, he didn’t talk about work but turned to Ding Yuejun and asked, "Boss Ding, what have you been busy with lately?"
"Just the usual, busy with the fashion store stuff."
Huang Yanquan continued, "When we came over to find Boss Ding today, you didn’t seem to be there. Did something hold you up this morning?"
Hearing this, Ding Yuejun replied directly, "I went to a full moon banquet this morning, so I didn’t go to the fashion store. If Director Shao hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have gone there today."
Shao Hui quickly added, "So we disturbed your rest, Boss Ding. Next time we will make sure to schedule beforehand."
Ding Yuejun shook her head with a smile, "It’s alright, going from home to the store is no trouble at all."
As they were conversing, the waiter started bringing the dishes one after another.
Huang Yanquan immediately invited them to eat, "Boss Ding, Director Shao, try these dishes. These are my favorites, and I wonder if you will like them too."
Looking at the dishes in front of her, Ding Yuejun smiled, "I didn’t expect Mr. Huang to have similar tastes to mine. Many of these dishes are my favorites too."
Shao Hui also added, "I like them too, Mr. Huang did a great job with the selection."
Huang Yanquan, hearing this, smiled and encouraged them to eat more.
During the meal, they didn’t talk much. After the meal, Huang Yanquan didn’t bring up any work matters but chatted leisurely with Ding Yuejun.
Shao Hui saw Huang Yanquan chatting slowly with Ding Yuejun and didn’t interrupt, just quietly sipping tea on the side with a somewhat suspicious glance at Huang Yanquan.
When he knew they were coming to find Boss Ding, Mr. Huang insisted on tagging along, yet after arriving here, he didn’t discuss any work matters. Instead, he chatted casually with Boss Ding. Could it be that he just wanted to chat with Boss Ding?
Though puzzled, Shao Hui didn’t say anything and only occasionally chimed in with a comment.
After chatting for a bit, seeing that it was getting late, Ding Yuejun decided to leave, "Mr. Huang, let’s discuss the details tomorrow."
