He had been entertaining this woman for so many days, attending to each of her demands, and yet she gave him the cold shoulder. However, her eyes glowed and her attitude changed the moment she saw Lu Jingqing.
‘Just because he’s good-looking, so you like him more? No wonder your previous marriage would fail. You really are one insatiable woman!’
“Since they are your relatives, it must be fate that brought you all together in a foreign land,” Chen Mei added, “Let’s go say hi, then.”
Wu Qi did not want to reject her, so he nodded.
Upon noticing them, Wang Rao turned and reported, “Mr. Lu, I think someone is looking for you.”
Lu Jingqing raised his head, and it was only then Chen Mei saw his face clearly.

“Mr. Lu,” Wu Qi greeted as he stuck his hand out to exchange a handshake with Lu Jingqing. After that, he introduced Chen Min to Lu Jingqing, “This is Ms. Chen, the daughter of the Lucky Cloud Pavilion’s boss.”
Holding a smile on her face, Chen Min adjusted her scarf to expose her fair skin and extended her hand forward. “Nice to meet you, Mr. Lu.”
Lu Jingqing looked at her hand. Her nails were painted in a flashing scarlet. He looked back at her, but he did not hold her hand. With a smile, he said, “I’m sorry, Ms. Chen. My wife runs the house.”
Xu Wei crunched on the candy in her mouth and tickled Lu Jingqing’s palm with a smile on her face.
Chen Min’s smile froze, while the smile on Wu Qi’s face grew wider when he saw Lu Jingqing reject Chen Min. Then, he said, “Hahaha! It’s good that you’re considerate of your wife’s feelings, but Ms. Chen just wanted to give you a handshake, don’t you think it’s not very gentlemanly for you to reject a woman like that?”
“It’s okay,” Chen Min said as she collected her hair behind her ears, “I like a man who takes care of his wife the most. I’m sure Mrs. Lu must have something special about her to make Mr. Lu love her so much.”
After that, she turned to Xu Wei and extended her hand at her, “I graduated from a top university. Other than stone gambling, I have a martial arts school under my name, so come and have some fun when you’re free. By the way, I wonder what you know? Do you mind telling me? Xu Wei became speechless.

She had no idea why but she had an urge to conquer him.
As such, she deliberately bent down and touched the diamond laces of her black high heels. The white scarf slipped off her shoulder and one was able to see the view inside of her body.
After that, she raised her head and looked shyly at Lu Jingqing.

Wu Qi did not notice Chen Mei’s action and he continued his conversation with Xu Wei, “My son has come to Myanmar too, but unlike your daughter, he is not here for vacation. He’s going to talk to the owner of Iris Time Villa about letting us move in. I heard that the owner of Iris Time Villa has returned, and I’m sure that they must be discussing it right now.”
