Chapter 1393: The Little Pilot
Chapter 1393: Chapter 1393: The Little Pilot
The next day, Jian Dan dragged her tired body out of the room...
"Mom, how come you’ve turned into a panda again?" Xiaoxin said, looking at Jian Dan’s eyes.
"Hehe~" Jian Dan laughed awkwardly at Xiaoxin.
"Don’t you start with this! This is called seeing things through to the end!" Kuaikuai said coldly.
"What does that mean?" Xiaoxin asked Kuaikuai curiously.
"Don’t you get it? Then why did you just say ’again’?" Kuaikuai prompted.
"Because~" After thinking for a bit, Xiaoxin continued, "Because when we set off, mom also looked the same."
"Exactly, how it starts is how it ought to end!"
Jian Dan looked helplessly at Kuaikuai but couldn’t think of any words to counter.
"It’s getting late, time to leave!" Chu Liyuan interjected.
"Uncle is the best!" Jian Dan whispered to Chu Liyuan, cuddling up to him.
"How can I not take care of my own wife?" Chu Liyuan said softly into Jian Dan’s ear.
Jian Dan looked up at Chu Liyuan with a sweet smile...
"Didn’t you say it was getting late? Why are we still walking so slowly?" Kuaikuai turned to look at them and said. Jian Dan quickly grabbed Chu Liyuan’s hand and hurried after Kuaikuai.
The private jet had already been arranged, and just as they were about to board, Kuaikuai suddenly said, "I want to give it a try!"
"Hmm?" Jian Dan looked curiously at Kuaikuai. "Try what?"
"Okay!" Chu Liyuan said, smiling.
After speaking a few words to the pilot, the pilot left.
"The ’trying’ you just mentioned, don’t tell me it’s..." After seeing the pilot depart, Jian Dan began to understand.
"It’s exactly what you’re thinking." Kuaikuai gave Jian Dan a confident look and boarded the plane first.
"Wait a sec~ Kuaikuai, since when can you even fly a plane?" Jian Dan caught up with Kuaikuai and asked.
"Oh! I was just bored, so I skimmed through a few books about flying."
"Bored? Just skimmed through?"
"Yep!"
"Hehe~ Hehe~" Jian Dan felt again that her brain couldn’t keep up. "But it’s not something you can just learn from reading, right?"
"That’s exactly why I want to get some real practice!" Kuaikuai said very casually.
"It’s fine, I’m here, nothing will go wrong!" Chu Liyuan caressed Jian Dan’s head affectionately.
After rolling her eyes, Kuaikuai went straight into the cockpit, not wanting to be stuffed with dog food (public displays of affection).
"Shall we?" Chu Liyuan held out his hand to Jian Dan.
"Yes!" Jian Dan placed her hand in Chu Liyuan’s palm and followed him into the cockpit.
"Looks like I can’t escape the dog food this time." Kuaikuai remarked upon seeing Jian Dan also entering.
"No dog food, no dog food, I’m just a bit curious!"
"I think it’s good!" Chu Liyuan said as he took the pilot’s seat. "Let’s start!"
"Uncle, you’re letting Xiaoxin take off aren’t you?" Even those who don’t know much about planes are aware that takeoff and landing are very challenging, and many pilots need many attempts before they can do it properly.
"What? Don’t you trust me?" Kuaikuai retorted coldly.
As she spoke, she had already started the operation.
Jian Dan watched intently as Kuaikuai managed the complex procedures with the proficiency of a pilot who had flown for years.
Under Kuaikuai’s control, the plane took off smoothly...
