Chapter 482: Number One is Still Number One
Faye Yardley played game after game, completely losing track of how many she had actually completed by the end. She tackled every single one that offered corresponding item rewards.
By the time she cleared all the mini-games and returned to her raft, five whole days had passed.
Before she could even sit down to catch her breath, a system announcement rang out, followed by a dazzling display of fireworks erupting before her eyes.
[Server Announcement: Congratulations to player Faye Yardley for clearing all mini-games in this event. Awarded the title “Mini-Game Master,” personal reputation +2000, free attribute points +3] × 3
[Congratulations on clearing all mini-games. Rewarded: Constitution +5, Strength +5, agility +6, Spirit +5, a special Ruby flower, Personal Item Binding Card x1]
[Mini-Game Master Title: With this Title, you will be extremely popular with any children you meet. You are the ultimate boss of the kids.]
Faye was just about to inspect the two reward items when the fireworks, which hadn’t yet faded, suddenly grew even more brilliant.
[Server Announcement: Congratulations to Veridia player Faye Yardley for breaking past 70 in All Attributes and entering the seventh tier, thereby unlocking the universal seventh-tier stage! Veridia reputation +2000, personal reputation +2000] × 3
[Damn, those fireworks completely blinded me! How is the gap between people this huge?!]
[Bastards! Why didn’t I get a server announcement when I played twenty games?!]
[Only twenty? I played twenty-three and didn’t complain, you little trash.]
[Breaking 70 in All Attributes? How is that even possible? I’m shaking just looking at my own Attribute panel.]
[Cheating! It has to be cheating!]
[Just because you can’t do it doesn’t mean others can’t. Spend that time looking at your own flaws instead of blaming others for working too hard.]
[I declare that from this day forward, Gorgeous Yardley is my lifelong idol and the ultimate goal I strive to reach…]
No matter how chaotic the national channel became, Faye didn’t spare it another glance. She allocated her three free attribute points, putting one point into Strength and the remaining two into Spirit.
“System, open my personal Attributes,” she commanded.

Looking at her Attributes, it was impossible for Faye not to feel a sense of pride. These stats were practically luxurious by now! After all, she sat firmly at the top of the individual combat power leaderboard for sea survival, completely unrivaled.
Only after admiring her Attribute panel for a while did Faye finally remember the other two items.
[A special Ruby flower: This isn’t just a Ruby flower for praise! As long as you shout “game Sprite” at this Ruby flower, a random game Sprite will appear by your side to protect you.]
“Wow, this is actually a flower with a summoning function! That’s incredible,” she exclaimed. “And judging by the description, it’s not even a one-time consumable. Awesome! The great System is the best.”
Faye was genuinely so thrilled that the corners of her mouth curled up into a smile she couldn’t have suppressed even if her life depended on it.
[Personal Item Binding Card: Binding a designated item makes it your personal asset. Please carefully consider which item to bind.]
Huh? Faye looked at the card in her hand. Carefully consider it? Then she would have to set it aside for now; she couldn’t just use it casually. Considering it was a prize for clearing all the mini-games, it had to be quite extraordinary. Better to store it away for the time being.
Seeing her standing there motionlessly—one moment fiddling with the Ruby flower, the next turning a card over and over in her hands—Willow held back Bella, who had been eager to pounce on her, keeping her from interrupting.
Once Faye stored everything away, Bella broke free from Willow’s grasp and ran over. “Sister, you’re finally back! I was super, super good these past few days. I even fished up three iron boxes!”
Reaching out to pinch her cheek, Faye smiled and said, “Our Bella is amazing. Alright now, I haven’t washed up in days and I’m filthy. Don’t hug me right now—let me go take a shower first.”
Bella was reluctantly pushed away. Faye greeted the others before heading upstairs to her bedroom, rushing straight into the bathroom without even glancing at her bedside. Half an hour later, she emerged, dressed in a clean, light blue dress.
“Sister~”
A tiny voice reached her ears. Following the sound, Faye looked toward the bedside table. The thumb-sized Sprite was currently standing at the doorway of her little house.
“Crystal, you’re awake! And you can already speak—that’s amazing!”
Crystal flashed a smile and called out “Sister” once again.
Faye flopped onto the bed, propping her head up to look at the tiny figure. “Not bad, your complexion looks very healthy. It seems the Life Essence was really effective for you. Oh right, do you like Flower Dew? I’ll get some for you to taste.”
She poured a glassful, an amount large enough for Crystal to swim in. The Sprite lightly leapt into the glass, plunging headfirst into the Flower Dew without any fear of drowning.
Her speed at absorbing the Flower Dew was beyond Faye’s imagination. She didn’t just drink it with her mouth; every pore on her body seemed to absorb the liquid. Within a minute, the entire glass of Flower Dew was gone, yet her clothes remained perfectly clean and completely dry.
“Is it good?” Faye asked.
“So good~”
Faye opened her hand. “Come on, I’ll take you to meet the others on the raft. We’re all one big family now.”
Crystal stared at her for a long moment before hopping onto her palm.
Everyone was delighted to have a new little member in the family. Even better, Blackwood and Jade could serve directly as Crystal’s mounts.
After making the rounds, Faye realized that Eamon was currently the weakest fighter on the raft. She had no idea what was up with him; he couldn’t even beat Willow.
Willow smiled and cleared up her confusion. “Sister, as the housekeeper, no one on this raft is a match for me except you. That’s why I will never leave the raft.”
So it wasn’t that she couldn’t leave, but that she chose not to.
“Won’t you get bored staying on the raft all the time?” Faye asked.
“Not at all. I like staying home, and there’s nothing out there for me anyway.”
Bella curled her lips and muttered, “But it’s so fun outside.”
