The ’Brother Liu’ Li Yunkai referred to is Su Xiaoliu.

The construction crew stopped and shouted at the group.

While Li Yunkai was locked in a verbal tussle with the small shop owner, Lu Yaobing took the chance to call Su Xiaoliu.

"A small shop owner brought over twenty people; they’re at our construction site." Lu Yaobing said.
"Alright, hang tight, take care of yourself, I’m bringing people over right now, I’m nearby." Su Xiaoliu said.
Lu Yaobing hung up the phone.
"Ha, you calling your sugar daddy? I’m telling you, this place is under Grandpa Sun’s jurisdiction; calling your sugar daddy won’t change a thing!" the small shop owner scoffed at Lu Yaobing, who was hiding deep in the construction site.
