Every world has an instinct for self-protection, or it can be called "Heavenly Will".

Only a deity of the present world is the eternal one among all realms. Only such a deity possesses Supreme Power in any world.

This is why the Human Race strives desperately to expel the Demon Clan from the world, why they stop at nothing to construct the gate of all demons.

Only by expelling the Demon Clan from the world can their threat be fundamentally weakened.

Henceforth, demons coming to the present world all come from beyond the heavens, and they are weakened by thirty percent upfront!

As the Heavenly Destiny race ruling the present world for ages, the Demon Clan will certainly not understand less about the present world than the Human Race. Though they lost the great battle of ancient times and were banished, they have never given up their effort to return to the present world.

Until the Ancient Demon Emperor reopened New Heaven here, naturally fostering a closer relationship with the present world compared to other worlds. More specifically... its world hierarchy is closer to the present world, surpassing other worlds.

The races residing here, favored by this world’s Heavenly Will, once dominated the present world.

When the Ancient Demon Emperor reopened New Heaven, they considered the possibility of returning to the present world, guiding the formation of world rules towards the direction of the present world’s rules—though it was impossible to be entirely consistent.

Therefore, the Demon Clan born from this realm suffers less suppression when entering the present world compared to powerful beings from other worlds.

Simultaneously, human beings in the present world entering the Monster Realm also face corresponding suppression from the Monster Realm’s rules. The eternal unity across all realms does not perfectly apply here.

Of course, the suppression of humans by the Monster Realm is far less potent than the suppression of demons by the present world.

Understanding these concepts enables one to grasp the value of the Civilization Basin, the significance of destroying the Heaven Demon Dharma Altar, and building the human’s Xiong City.

Just like the battlefield of Lost World with completely broken rules, Floating Island marks the Human Race’s territory while Sea Nest marks the Sea Clan’s territory.

The former constructs world rules of the present world; the latter constructs world rules of Cang Sea.

Destroying the Heaven Demon Dharma Altar in a given place signifies the possibility of altering the world rules there. Building the humans’ Xiong City on the foundation of the Heaven Demon Dharma Altar signifies claiming that land as Human Race territory, a place invaded by the present world!

Civilization Basin can be regarded as the bridgehead of the present world, essentially an extension of present world rules.

Jiang Mengxiong’s punch in Frost Wind Valley certainly did more than create a mountain gap. It created a vast area where the rules of the Monster Realm were shattered, establishing the foundation for a race battlefield.

In Shenxiao World, there is a destroyed Heaven Demon Dharma Altar—if it were intact, Jiang Wang would not have the ability to affect it.

On the altar is a bronze cauldron allegedly forged from Yu Zhen’s flesh body, inside which are embers ignited by Jiang Wang himself and forcibly extinguished by the God Enthronement Platform. Naturally, it also holds remnants of the Human geniuses.

After destroying the Heaven Demon Dharma Altar in the Monster Realm, demon bones are laid as the foundation, using demon clan corpses to neutralize the residual intent of the Heaven Demon Dharma Altar and dissolve Monster Realm rules.
