Rona Rook’s Life System superpower constantly radiated out, healing the injuries on her side. Meanwhile, Flora Bloom, trapped within an isolated space, lost her connection to the mutant bee swarm. Without a commander, the swarm was instantly routed, and its members fled back to Villa No. 3.
Rona Rook watched the mutant bees flee back to the Morhaven base and laughed. "Young Lord Cross, I’m not asking." She gazed at the base behind Lex Cross, seemingly waiting for something.
Lex Cross had run out of patience. He couldn’t wait another moment; Flora Bloom’s life was on the line.
He glanced at the wound on his arm that had yet to heal and sighed. ’It seems the day has come after all.’
Rona Rook had never seen such a calm expression, one that unsettled her so deeply.
Flora Bloom was in her clutches; once she was dead, the Divine-level Space Fragment would belong to them. This should have been a devastating blow, both to the Cross family and to Lex Cross himself.

It carried the members of the Cross family into a swift retreat, distancing them from the area around Lex Cross. Only Lex Cross, hovering in mid-air, and the members of the Rook, Joyce, and Pryce families remained. Closest to him were Rona Rook and Quentin Pryce.
The elemental energy in the air swirled around Lex Cross, grinding violently against the power radiating from his body and producing a sound like a deafening airburst.
The explosive Thunder Element was the first to detonate, like a condensed bomb going off in the air. The blast erupted from Lex Cross, sweeping past Rona Rook and Quentin Pryce and continuing downward to crash upon the members of the other great families, who had only just recovered from their wounds.
The Thunder Element was supremely volatile. While the two War God Level experts could resist it, everyone below—save for the Cosmic Level Aaron Rook—was struck by Lex Cross’s thunder energy and left paralyzed on the ground, completely immobilized.
