Chapter 3000: Chapter 2998: Are You Sure You’re Okay Like That?
Besides, to a certain extent, she thought it was quite nice, how could there be any other thoughts?
She said that only to see what Ye Li’s reaction would be. She would pay for it herself if she wanted to eat, okay.
Before she went out, her sister gave her money, and she had some herself. Wanting to eat such a small amount really wouldn’t be difficult for her.
Whether she’s eating by herself or with Ye Li, she can certainly afford it.
"Women are really fickle," Ye Li said while picking up the dishes, but he didn’t actually say anything bad about her, because this was his strategy. Being able to keep someone around was quite nice; what more could he want? That would be impossible.
"Ye Li, don’t you think Pang Chao should transfer here too?" Qin Jiale felt he was too much of an eyesore alone. He wasn’t very talkative before either, but at least with Pang Chao around him, there was some semblance of liveliness. But now that they’ve come here, Pang Chao didn’t follow, so he’s alone, watching him go about every day alone, it really made her uncomfortable and she always felt he was lonely.
Although he had family, could rely on Shushu and the others to keep him company, she still couldn’t shake off the feeling that he was particularly lonely; it was truly a strange feeling.
So when she saw him smile, she asked.
"He’ll come, just not right now." Ye Li and Pang Chao haven’t been apart for long. In the past, when he transferred schools, Pang Chao followed him. Now that he has returned, Pang Chao will come too, just not right now, because he still has to deal with paperwork.
And such things take some time; once everything is settled, he’ll come.
But none of them expected that others would come along as well. When Qin Jiale saw it, she was moved to tears. Where could you find friends like these, it was truly wonderful.
To a certain extent, they had all agreed, not expecting that she would break her promise yet they would still come along, making her feel she truly hadn’t befriended the wrong people.
"Ye Li, it’s not that hard to get along with your classmates, you should try interacting with them." Qin Jiale didn’t directly call him antisocial but hoped he would slowly integrate with his classmates. Otherwise, always being alone was too lonely, though she also liked to be alone, it wasn’t as if she couldn’t communicate with her classmates.
Looking at Ye Li seemed different from her, he truly ignored the classmates. Whenever someone spoke to him, he just looked coldly and never engaged them. But she was different; she really wanted to build good relationships with classmates.
So, their approaches to this matter were indeed different, and to a certain extent, they were not alike, thus Qin Jiale didn’t want him to continue like that.
"I have classmates, I have friends." Ye Li said as he looked at Qin Jiale, the implication being clear. His classmates and friends referred to Qin Jiale.
"Are you sure that’s okay?" Qin Jiale handed the food to the vendor and found a clean table to sit with Ye Li, asking him. It seemed clear there was a problem, right.
And that wasn’t what she wanted, though he didn’t interact with others and she felt a kind of happy emotion inside, but seeing him alone she felt he was a bit too solitary, such a life is tiring.
Just like in the past, wanting to find someone to talk to but unable to, so she didn’t want him to be like before; it wasn’t right.
It’s just that this guy was like he couldn’t understand human speech; even after she spoke for half a day, his expression remained indifferent without any thoughts or opinions.
