After hearing him out, Xia Jinyuan glanced a few times outside the car window and sighed, "I almost thought spring had arrived."

"Of course he’s nervous, I was nervous the first time I asked you out as your boyfriend too," Xia Jinyuan chuckled in response, quite understanding of V8’s current situation.
Ye Jian didn’t believe it. The Xia Jinyuan who had pursued her so steadily and expertly back then, cornering her until she had no place to hide, nervous? He was never nervous!
Xia Jinyuan then leaned in close to Ye Jian’s ear, "Later, we should sneakily go see Sister-in-law; that way, I have something to tell my comrades when we get back to the unit."

After reading it, she didn’t immediately text back V8; in front of the whole family at the dining table, she announced, "My boyfriend is on his way over," instantly turning V8’s solo visit with Qin Ying into a face-to-face with the entire Qin family.
Poor V8 was still in the dark until he received a message from Qin Ying telling him where she was. V8 was initially planning to go to the military district guest house first but upon seeing the address Qin Ying sent, he turned to the pair inside the car, who were whispering into each other’s ears, and passed over his phone, "Take a look at this place, do you know it?"
The two whispering to each other looked up at the same time; Xia Jinyuan leaned over to take the phone and glanced at it, quickly and discreetly giving V8 a look. Ye Jian leaned over to take a look and couldn’t help but let out a surprised "Huh."
"What’s wrong? Is the address incorrect?" V8 heard the surprise in Ye Jian’s voice, causing his already anxious heart to skip several beats.
