Quick Transmigration: Underdog Turns out to be Untouchable

Chapter 1807 - 1652: Death Game 4

Chapter 1807: Chapter 1652: Death Game 4

This class is taught by a bald middle-aged man, an English lesson. His class, much like the Chinese teacher’s, requires students to constantly memorize words.

The bald middle-aged man prefers to turn his back to the students, writing words on the blackboard, which the students repeat over and over.

His requirements are not high; as long as there is audible recitation, mistakes are tolerated, because the two veteran players are continuously reciting "ABCD" with no reaction from the teacher.

Miao Shuangshuang is fairly good at English; she remembers all the words on the blackboard and follows along in reciting. After a few lines, she noticed the twin brothers bending over and sneaking away from their seats.

Their seats are in the last row, close to the back door of the classroom. Outside the door is an empty corridor, with no one there.

The class is held on the second floor, offering a clear view of the empty school playground through the windows, and the seemingly nearby street beyond the low electric retractable gate.

Miao Shuangshuang had seen before, when she went to the restroom, that the stairs leading down are close to the classroom and situated at the back door, allowing her to avoid passing the teacher’s door. At the bottom of the stairs is a hall with a wide-open door facing the playground.

If moving fast enough, rushing from the classroom to the street would take less than two minutes.

Clearly, the twin brothers intended to slip out of the classroom while the teacher was facing the blackboard, attempting to escape the school.

Miao Shuangshuang frowned. In such a peculiar game, passing would surely not be made this easy. Plus, this is a game world—even escaping the school does not mean entering the real world.

Most crucially, the outside of the school is distinctly eerie; the street is empty with neither people nor vehicles, resembling a ghost town where it might be more dangerous to step out.

Miao Shuangshuang had no intention of stopping the duo from getting themselves killed. Previously, she pleaded for Non-mainstream and Nail Girl because it was during break time, and she was confident that even if the teacher was displeased, the punishment wouldn’t be too severe.

But now, it’s class time—any reckless actions could result in much harsher penalties than merely not greeting the teacher at the start.

The surrounding new players noticed the twins’ actions, nervously watching them in secret. Only the two veteran players smirked mockingly, continuing to recite "ABCD."

The twin brothers easily walked out of the classroom from the back, unnoticed by the students or the teacher facing the blackboard.

The lesson continued; the two quietly tread down the stairs. Miao Shuangshuang, sitting by the window, turned to watch. The two were already outside the teaching building, on the deserted playground.

Seeing the twins successfully leave the classroom, the remaining new players became restless. The high schooler by Miao Shuangshuang contemplated standing up several times but inexplicably refrained each time.

Nail Girl and Non-mainstream were also tempted, but their seat was surrounded, making any sudden move noticeable.

They squirmed in their seats but ultimately resigned, casting envious gazes at the playground.

Yet, in the next instant, all envy vanished. As the twins reached the middle of the playground, two large black dogs, the size of calves, emerged from the school gate.

These dogs were only noticed by Miao Shuangshuang when they appeared. Positioned at the school gate, three small houses were on each side, from which the black dogs emerged.

If each of the six small houses contained a dog, the playground would be patrolled by six black dogs, presenting a significant threat.

The dogs appeared Tibetan Mastiff-like but larger. Upon emerging, they crouched, moaning twice at the twins before lunging forward aggressively.

The twins screamed in fright, turning to flee, but the fearsome dogs pursued closely behind.

After a lap around the playground, unable to shake off the dogs, the twins attempted to return to the teaching building.

However, as they ran up the steps, trying to enter the building’s wide-open door, it was as if they collided with an invisible glass wall, barred from entering.

Their swift pace resulted in a loud collision sound at the building entrance. Their faces were squashed flat, and twin streams of blood trickled from their noses, yet they couldn’t get in.

Miao Shuangshuang tapped her fingers on the desk, realizing that though the teaching building was easy to exit, it was impossible to re-enter. During class, the building acted as a shield, isolating outside dangers.

As the twins were stalled and blocked, the pursuing dogs caught up. They viciously sank their teeth into the twins.

"Ah! It hurts! Don’t bite me!"

"Help! Save me! No, don’t!"

Horrifically piercing screams sounded on the playground, mingling with the beast-like howls of the dogs as they savagely tore and devoured the twins alive!

All the new players were terrified, hairs standing on end. The high schooler beside Miao Shuangshuang bent over, vomiting in fear, the sour stench filling the classroom.

Miao Shuangshuang pinched her nose, inching away. The student was seated next to her, the stench almost making her vomit.

The couple, Nail Girl, and Non-mainstream man shrunk in their seats, wishing to disappear, not daring to glance outside.

The short-haired guy snorted coldly, muttering softly, "Fools!" Scarface remained expressionless, unfazed by the twins’ demise.

Soon, the twins lay lifeless outside the window. Miao Shuangshuang noticed their limp bodies dragged back to the doghouses near the school gate by the massive dogs.

As the dogs retreated, twin trails of blood circled across the playground, leading into the doghouses.

The bald middle-aged teacher casually glanced outside, remarking indifferently, "Ah, more disobedient students cutting class."

He continued writing on the blackboard, rapping on it, "Recite these words ten times for the next class test."

He then pointed to the vomiting high schooler beside Miao Shuangshuang, "The student who threw up, go to the tool room and clean up your mess. The student next to you, open the window for ventilation."
