Pioneer Lord: I Have Conquering System

Chapter 576 - 366: Mermaid’s Chastity

Chapter 576: Chapter 366: Mermaid’s Chastity

Night, a bonfire, ale, good food, stories...

The festivities lasted well into the night before High Cliff Castle gradually fell silent.

The Barbarians, staggering drunkenly, helped each other home. Mier, on the other hand, had already buried himself in the blacksmith shop to study the Magic Crystal Arrows.

Levi’s expression was calm. Every last one of the Warriors who had tried to challenge him to a drinking contest had been dragged away by their comrades.

Tina and Heather had become the best of friends, holding hands and sharing secrets as they headed inside, ready to curl up and talk all night. The pure-hearted Little Princess, Ashiru, and Little Buji had hit it off surprisingly well, and the two made plans to go see the Snow Orchids blooming under the starry sky.

Masha and Ash left together, discussing Magic. Master Fu Jin and Elder Tang Jin were deep in conversation, both being knowledgeable elders.

And so, everyone left Mr. Li standing there alone, with only Tiffany, her cheeks flushed, remaining in the pond.

Levi sensed that something was off, but he couldn’t quite put his finger on what it was.

"Here, let me carry you," Levi said to the Mermaid Princess.

She had also had a fair bit to drink, and her shimmering golden fishtail was obviously not suited for walking from here to the pond on the hill.

Tiffany nodded slightly, glided to the edge of the water like the wind, and settled into Levi’s arms. In the moonlight, her unforgettably beautiful face grew even redder with shyness.

She quietly gazed at Levi’s profile, so handsome under the cool moonlight that even her own brother, hailed as the "Pearl of the Sea," couldn’t compare. That, combined with his powerful physique, made him exude an indescribable masculinity—one that made Tiffany’s heart pound uncontrollably.

She wished the walk would last forever.

Unfortunately, in the silent atmosphere, they quickly arrived at the courtyard where she was staying.

The courtyard was surrounded by flowers of various colors, with a crystal-clear moon spring in the center.

"You’ve had a lot to drink today. Get some rest." Levi gently placed Tiffany into the spring and prepared to leave.

"Levi..." But just then, the Mermaid Princess’s soft call came from behind him. Her voice was shy, yet held an ineffable allure.

A strange light gleamed in her blue eyes.

"What’s wrong?" Levi had just turned around when a pair of flawless white arms wrapped around his neck.

The Mermaid Princess climbed out of the spring, her fiery lips pressing against the Lord’s face. Droplets of water from her wet golden hair dampened Levi’s clothes—and his heart.

Tiffany’s scorching body pressed against his chest. This invisible fire not only seared his breast but also burned away the last of his reason.

A gentle breeze seemed to intoxicate them both. As clothes were shed, a loud SPLASH echoed through the air.

The Mermaid Princess’s tail thrashed back and forth in the water, the splashing growing louder and louder.

After their passionate kiss, Tiffany’s fervor took a great leap forward. What started with a hint of shyness soon turned into nothing but coy resistance.

The thrashing in the water intensified, the golden fishtail at times rising high and at others plunging down under the moonlight.

As he experienced a sensation he’d never known before, one that could drive a man to the brink of losing his mind, Levi finally understood what had felt so off...

...

When the first ray of sunlight streamed through the window and fell on his face, Levi sat up in bed. His lean, muscular body was a mess, covered in a dense web of kiss marks, as if he had endured some unimaginable torture.

Beside him, he heard the sound of sweet, even breathing. After a night of wild abandon, the beautiful girl had fallen into a deep sleep.

Seeing her long, slender white legs resting outside the covers, Levi gently tucked the blanket around her.

After consummating their union, a Mermaid’s tail transforms into human legs, allowing them to live away from the sea. Levi had learned this from Tiffany’s own lips during their passionate night—it was said to be a gift from the benevolent Sea Goddess.

Although he had anticipated this, Levi hadn’t expected it to happen so quickly. He also finally understood the meaning behind Tina’s knowing smile as she left.

Levi felt a pang of indescribable guilt, but it vanished in an instant. ’I’m not like those debauched Kings,’ he thought. ’I’ll treat every one of my women well and never favor one over the other. So what is there to be ashamed of?’

Still, Tina’s understanding touched him in a way he couldn’t describe. The young woman had shown the magnanimity befitting a matriarch, a complete opposite of that selfish Queen.

Throwing on some clothes, Levi opened the door and stepped outside. As he gently closed it behind him, a blast of cold wind hit his face. In the distance, the banner of High Cliff Castle snapped on the ramparts, and rays of sunlight pierced the lead-gray clouds, shining down on everyone equally.

Tina, wrapped in a white wolf-fur cloak, was drilling a group of Rabbit People in formation. When she saw Levi approaching, she let them continue practicing on their own and went to greet him.

Now that High Cliff Castle was becoming more formalized, Levi had decided to establish an honor guard. After some thought, he had settled on the Rabbit People for the role; the creatures seemed naturally suited to be ceremonial soldiers.

With the internal affairs of High Cliff Castle now being handled by Elder Tang Jin and the others, the newly-freed Tina had taken on the post of officer for the honor guard, responsible for its management.

"My dearest Darling, you’re finally awake." Tina gave a demure smile, but the slyness at the corners of her mouth did not escape the Lord’s sharp eyes.
