One-Eye looked back at her, dazed.
The other Snow Wolves were injured and driven off by the rest of the group.
No one noticed the corner of Ye Kui’s mouth secretly curling up, nor the small, transparent capsule crushed beneath her foot.
The powder inside it was already gone.
