“I knew you wouldn’t believe me.” The hot-tempered man immediately took out his phone, “Listen to this, there’s the sound of a flute in here. It might not be clear on the phone, but it was really loud at the time.”
His companion listened carefully, then said, “It does sound like a flute, but it’s too faint to be evidence, isn’t it?”
“How can it not be evidence?” the hot-tempered man shouted, “The sound was really loud then, but I don’t know why it seems so faint when recorded on my phone.”
“Maybe it was just in your dreams,” his companion said, “Didn’t you say you’ve been sleeping poorly lately? It must be because of your poor sleep that you heard other sounds as the sound of a flute.”
Another companion added, “Yeah, maybe you mistook the sound of the wind for that of a flute.”
Tan Rou and Zhuang Liu, having overheard their conversation, exchanged looks and both understood what the other was thinking. They had just been discussing the absence of the sheet music, and now, as it turned out, the walking sheet music had just walked in.
“Hey, handsome guys, what are you arguing about?” Tan Rou greeted them smilingly, “This is a cafe, could you please not quarrel anymore?”
The man originally wanted to say “Who are you to intervene in our business,” but his attitude changed immediately when he saw that the speaker was a stunning foreign beauty.
