Chapter 4347  Breakthrough

She got up and sat down in the middle of the breakthrough formation.

"Do you really feel ready?" I asked.

She is ready in her body and inheritance, but those aren't the two things she needs to be ready for. She also needed to be mentally ready.

It is the most important thing.

"I didn't plan to make a breakthrough here, but I was planning to do that in a few months. So, yes, I am ready," she replied.

A moment later, a resource came and came. They disappeared into the disk instantly while she closed her eyes.

Buzz!

A minute and seventeen seconds later. The formation buzzed as she started the breakthrough.

Right now, I can't see what is happening with her because the connection between me and the breakthrough formation is being suppressed here.

Though it is recording everything, besides, I am getting the information.

It is not as deep as I would have gotten with a direct connection, but it is enough to tell me the basics.

The way runes lighting on the formation is a code, which I understand as someone speaking a language. I had designed it but didn't think I needed to use it.

Especially on a breakthrough formation.

It took just a few seconds before she started absorbing the resources, and there was a surprise on her face. I don't know whether she is surprised by how quickly the process started or the resources.

She may have put her resources, which are quite good, but formation uses those that are best for her.

I may have added a few resources that I think are best for her and a few other things. That will help me get the best possible data of her breakthrough.

It is an opportunity I might never get again. So, I am collecting as much breakthrough data on Prime as possible.

The formation has brought me another step closer to the prime, and I need to start working toward it as soon as possible because my prime breakthrough would be anything but easy.

It would be ten times more dangerous than what my sovereign breakthrough had been.

Every second, she is absorbing more and more resources. Faster than she would have with her breakthrough formation. I could predict the speed at which she would have accepted hers.

I have her meta-scan; as I said before, the body has traces of everything, including her past breakthroughs.

It is not hard to decipher information out of it if one knows where to look.

Minutes passed and turned into an hour. She is still absorbing the essence, and her speed is incredible, but she is still slightly slower than me.

It didn't surprise me.

I couldn't be compared to her or anyone else unless they, too, have squeezed as much forbidden power into them as I had and still doing it.

I wanted to keep watching the formation, but every minute I stayed awake, the more tired I became.

It might not seem like it, but I have been fighting tiredness since I came out of the disk, and it is getting heavier by the minute.

After an hour, I am putting effort into staying awake.

Due to my specialty, I am able to stay awake for a long time. If it would have been someone else, they would have needed to sleep within minutes of coming out.

If they don't. Their body would shut down.

It would happen to me if I didn't sleep. So, I lay down and closed my eyes. Within seconds, I was in a deep sleep.

When I woke up, over six hours had passed. The tiredness is at bay, but I will need sleep again in a day. It will continue for at least a week or more.

I can't state for sure as it is not something I have gone through, but looking at things.

It shouldn't take more than two weeks. Three at most before I will recover from it. The formation is no less than a miracle, but even miracles are not without a cost.

I turned to her and was surprised to see she was in the last stage of her breakthrough. It is consolidation; the prime stage's consolidation is slightly different than Sovereign, but not by much.

I watched it with a fascination. Getting surprised a couple of times as I read the lights.

Over twenty-five minutes later, she was finished with consolidation, and a smile appeared on my face. Now, she will have to absorb the energies, but that is the safest process.

It took longer than expected, but she finally opened her eyes, absorbing every bit of breakthrough energy.

Becoming Peak Prime.

"Congratulations, Prime Kanxin," I congratulated the woman, who is now looking slightly older than before. "Thank you, Prime Arys," she replied.

"Your breakthrough formation is amazing. I only needed half of the time as I thought I would, and it felt much safer,"

"The resources as well helped," she added.

"All for the safe breakthrough," I replied. To that, she smiled and got up before walking toward the disk. Every second is precious to her now. Her connection to the universe is heightened.

It is precious time with the formation; it will be even more precious.

"Prime Kanxin," I said, and a woman stopped near the edge of the disk and turned to me with a question.

"Will the Law of Frost be good for you?" I asked, and for a fraction of a second, there was confusion before her eyes widened.

"Yes," she replied after a moment of deep silence.

As she did, I threw a vial at her. As she caught it, she sensed what it was, and her whole-body shook. It took her quite a while to get control over her emotions.

She looked at me and just nodded before walking toward the formation.

The bottle has law nectar, that tree harvested from the corrupted. There are two more: Law of speed and Invisibility.

Both of them are far more dangerous than elemental law. I am not going to give her those two.

There are also metal-essence fruits of law, but I didn't even think about giving her them. I wouldn't have given her, even frost law, if not for powerful Grimms outside.

The thing is, in the bottle, the law nectar isn't the most precious thing.

There is other thing, a single drop of honey. It is not normal honey, but honey is made from the nectar of fruit of the world tree.

That is a really precious thing, and I hope she won't let it down.

Soon, she reached the center of the disk and sat down.

A few seconds later, a control panel appeared in front of her. She tapped a few buttons, and the panel disappeared. As it did, she opened the vial and poured the liquid into her mouth.

That exact second, the disk activated, and she closed her eyes.

I felt jealous seeing her use the function that I couldn't. If I had been a Prime, I would have been able to use it.

The nectar is pure law in organic form, and honey will help her further. These two are enough not only to comprehend the law but also to improve its comprehension.

Now, she has support for the breakthrough period with formation amplifying it.

I am quite excited to see what level she would be able to comprehend the law. I hope it will at least be enough to survive what is waiting for us outside.
