"Faster, faster!" I said to the bear, as it attacked me with its sharp claws, filled with the power of the law.

It is doing well. Its attacks are more refined than the few weeks ago, but could become even better.

Roar!

It roared and sent the blast of energy filled with the power of lava laws.

It's not law power, I thought it would have, but it's that it has gained from its ancestry.

It's hard to say with the monsters given they procreate with the different subspecies of the same species. Many times, surprises like this appear.

I dodged the beam before defending against the claws and then went on to attack.

So, I moved and pretty quickly came across the first person. A Sky Sovereign: she had noticed me but didn't say anything.

Hours passed as I moved with them. Some tried to come at me but quickly ran away. As for Sky Sovereign, they would find someone even more powerful coming toward them.

Making me at least aware of their worries.

While it is happening, I had sensed two Primes moving above me.

One had moved through the spatial surf, while the other through simple flying. Not because it was not powerful, but because he was scanning with his soul sense as he moved.

I don't know what he is looking for, but he didn't find anything odd about.

He didn't even glance at me. To him, I am just an ant, he could crush me at any time.

Soon, it was night, and I could see the lights in the distance. Seeing it, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face. I had in mind for years, my eyes are starved to see the people.

So, I increased my speed. Getting closer and closer to the city. When I got close enough, I had reduced my level from Earth Sovereign to Sovereign.

For a few seconds, I become cautious before I let out a sigh of relief. I don't think they are here on the business. They are just enjoying themselves.

It's not that rare. I had heard about it a lot, and Carter even suggested I do that.

It is lonely at the top, with very few people you can interact with openly. So, the primes hide their level and mingle with the people to erase that loneliness.

There had even been cases of them marrying with their spouse having no idea about their level.

I tightened control over my body and stopped sending the soul waves. I am going to enjoy the city like they are doing, with the close soul sense.

We do not need to always blast our soul sense. With our power, we could react to the threat instantly.

With that, I walked into the city. Listening to the conversations, seeing the sights.

It made me feel lonely, but it also filled the hole in my heart. Soon, I saw something that put a joyful smile on my face.

"How much is it?" I asked the ice cream vendor. "Two arith crystals," he replied. I handed them two crystals and took the fruit ice creams.

They are not the arith crystals, but they will be for a day. They will then turn back to their real self.

I didn't think about it and focused on the ice cream. I used to love it when I was a child. I love it even now. It is why the first bite brought back the childhood memories.

My eyes teared up, and I didn't stop them. Some people looked at me, but I didn't care.

I focused on ice cream and my wonderful memories. It is all I have of my family.
