Monster Integration

“This place will be good,” I said as I reached the hidden spot, and brought out my abode.

I checked the things one more time, before going inside.

It is the first time I have taken out the abode in more than a year. I took a deep breath before walking into my room, where I removed all my clothes and stepped into the shower.

I remained there for over forty minutes before I came out with a smile on my face.

It was my first shower in nearly a year, and I felt happy.

I dried myself and put on a fresh set of clothes before walking into the room and entering the kitchen.

I thought about what I wanted to eat, before taking out the things. 

I am feeling quite hungry and could have asked my clone to cook something for me while I was in the shower, but I wanted to cook for myself.

I began cooking, and it relaxed me. Distracted me from the loneliness that once again trying to burst out.

I think it is the reason why I have journeyed for two days without stopping. So, I could distract myself from those overwhelming thoughts and it worked.

It is not like I have not thought about them. I did very much, but I am also thinking about the journey I am making and trying not to get discovered by anyone.

Soon, I have finished cooking and ate.

The feeling of loneliness is overwhelming, but I bore it and ate my meal. 

Half an hour later, I am finished. I washed the plates before walking into my room and laying on the bed, before closing my eyes.

I am not sleeping. There are things I have to do and for it, I am feeling quite excited; it brightens up my mood.

I appeared in my core; on the first continent, before disappearing and appearing in the second continent, in front of the cage.

MOOOO!

As I did, I heard the loud moo from the black bull. Its color is darker than night and it is very angry, at being caged.

“You are lucky to be a monster. A person wouldn’t have gotten such a quick death,” I said to the monster, and it seemed to understand the meaning behind my words as the alarm flashed in its eyes.

It activated its defensive powers, but they were useless seeing, I had put the trigger in his head.

Thud!

The moment I activated it, it died and fell to the ground.

This monster was a man-eater. This is not a special thing, seeing many monsters do that, but this one especially targeted people and gorged them to death.

The signs of it could clearly be seen in its body.

I killed the bull, as there was no need to keep it alive. If it had been any other monster, I would have to keep it alive for a few more days, but not this one.

It had served the purpose of being alive; my clones had got all the data they needed and now it will survive the purpose of being dead.

A formation covered it and activated, and a few seconds later. I had its core in my hand.

It is dark as its body and bears a rough triangular shape.

I looked at it for a few seconds before I disappeared and appeared in a different space. It is small, just around a mile in diameter, which is even bigger than I thought it would have.

I have appeared on my moon; I could even see my core from it, which the moon revolving around.

A few seconds later, I looked at the thing in front of me. 

In front of me are twenty-four thick disks of various colors. Floating above each other. Each disc is similar in size but bears a different color and could be programmed to perform a different function.

I looked at the disks with a smile before throwing the black core in hand to the topmost disk.

It fell inside the white disk and at the same time; a control panel materialized in front of me. With the top half showing the data of the core.

I studied and tapped on the different keys for a couple of seconds, before okaying all the changes. 

Buzz!

The disks buzzed, and the core fell into the yellow disc, behind below the white disk, which began to spin. 

Slowly, it started to break the core, and within a few minutes. Its state had turned to liquid from the solid and a few minutes after that, drops of it fell into a magenta disk below.

This process is extremely dangerous, seeing monster energies are volatile, but here, everything is under control.

It might seem like refining and it’s kind of is, but it is capable of doing that more than just simple refining. 

Right now, if the dicks worked according to the parameters I had set up, then the end product I would get would be amazing.

I will be able to sell it at a high price.

It will do what normally takes alchemists days, with quite a failure rate in a few hours, and the end product will be of the higher grade.

Discs are not limited to just the monster cores, but other things like herbs and ores.

It could also be used to refine essence lotuses, and that is the main purpose of it. There is one thing from the essence roses that I want to extract.

I had tried to do it manually, but I failed every time; the end product I extracted was never pure enough, and it needed to be completely pure.

The slightest impurity and it is useless to me.

An hour and seventeen minutes passed, and eleven drops fell into the tiny bottle at the base of the last colorless disk. 

I waved my hand, and a tiny bottle appeared in front of me and in that bottle. There is a watery solution, and, in that solution, eleven dark drops black with a hint of blue.

This is the purest essence of the monster’s core, without any impurity.

It is a valuable alchemical substance, and a lot of people will a high price for it, seeing what the monster could do. 

It will be a great treasure to those practicing the night or dark element. 

I will keep some drops while selling the rest. I am not a hoarder; I will sell things and buy other things in exchange.

Now that I have made a breakthrough, I will need a lot of things. A pure essence like this will help me tremendously.

I sent the bottle to the core and waved my hand and forty-eight types of herbs, flowers, and other things landed on the white disk on the top.

A control panel appeared in front of me once again and I selected. This time, there is no single thing these disks are going to process, but forty-eight types of different things.

Buzz!

It took me a few minutes to set the parameters before the process began. 

I only stayed on the moon for a few minutes before going back to the core. 

There are a few more I have to do there before going to sleep.
