But he came back early today and caught her red-handed, and Olivia Lewis didn’t bother to hide it.

"My ex-girlfriend?" Adam Sinclair paused for a moment, furrowing his brows.
He had too many ex-girlfriends, more than he could count on one hand.

Seeing his bewildered expression, Olivia felt like punching him. After thinking for a moment, she held back, "The one who was recently photographed in a scandal about being kept, and is nearly unable to survive in the entertainment industry. Who knows where she heard that I was the one who hired someone to take clandestine photos of her. Today, she stormed into the company and came at me like a lunatic."
"Didn’t you know how to fight back?" Adam Sinclair knew who she was talking about now, and upon seeing the bruise on her cheek, felt both angry and concerned.
"Ha." Olivia twisted her wrist, exuding a queenly aura, "Who said I didn’t fight back? Her face must definitely look more interesting than mine right now."
During her scuffle with Lena, Olivia had slapped Lena quite a few times.

Annoyed, she twisted her wrist again and said irritably, "Let go, stop bothering me. Keep it up, and I’ll blame today’s incident on you. If it wasn’t for you, she wouldn’t hate me so much."
Knowing he was at fault, Adam Sinclair silently held her hand, firmly pulling her to the sofa and pressing her shoulders to make her sit down, "Sit here and wait for me."

"Don’t move, wait for me."
He quickly left the room and somehow procured a medicine box, bringing it back to the living room.
Olivia Lewis stared at the unfamiliar medicine box that emerged in her home, puzzled, "When did this get here? How come I didn’t know we had this thing at home."
Her lifestyle was rough, at home she would at most keep some Erythromycin and unfinished cold medicine, definitely not such an all-inclusive small medicine box.
Adam Sinclair stretched out his long legs towards her, humbled himself by squatting down, opening the medicine box, and while taking out disinfectant alcohol and cotton swabs, he said, "I had it bought and placed here a long time ago. You often injure yourself while filming, so I’m afraid that when you need it, you won’t find anyone to buy it for you. So I prepared one for you at home. It’s mostly filled with medicine for bruises and injuries, suitable for you."
The earlier part made Olivia’s heart feel warm, but by the time he finished the last sentence, her fleeting girlish sentiment quickly vanished, "What do you mean, ’suitable for me’? What’s that supposed to mean, brother?"
Adam Sinclair was almost choked by her cheeky ’brother’ comment, holding his breath, he poured some disinfectant alcohol on a cotton swab and directly applied it to the injured area on her arm.
"Oh—" The boisterous person suddenly winced in pain, gritting her teeth.
Adam Sinclair then leisurely answered, "You cause too much trouble all day long; other medicine isn’t of much use to you; only medicine for bruises and injuries is the most practical for you."
"..." Although Olivia didn’t want to admit it, she had to concede that indeed she often encountered sprains.
