The elevator kept going up, with people getting in and out.

The lingering perfume smell inside the elevator quickly dissipated as the doors closed again, and it continued to rise upwards.
Enna Clark was suffocated by the perfume smell, feeling uncomfortable in her chest. Plus, with the elevator stopping and starting frequently, it made her feel even more stifled.
Luckily, the higher the elevator went, the fewer times it stopped.
Slowly, she was the only one left in the elevator, feeling much better.
