As the first rays of the morning sun reached the earth and embraced the world in a warm glow, Xiang Ling stirred in the warmth of her bed, nestled snugly between two very warm bodies. As her conciousness returned to the real world, she realized that the two men sleeping on either side of her were Wei Guang and Li Xian. She could feel the gentle rise and fall of their chests, the rhythmic sound of their breathing soothing her senses.
With eyes still closed, she savored the lingering sensations from the night before, a symphony of passion and intimacy that had bound them together in a whirlwind of desire. The soft caresses, the whispered promises, the shared laughter and cries of pleasure—all woven into the fabric of their love.
Slowly, Xiang Ling opened her eyes to find herself cradled in the arms of Wei Guang. Her face was nestled against his bare chest and his arms were wrapped around her shoulders. She also noticed the first chest that was pressed against her back and the arms that were encircling her waist from behind. Li Xian’s face was buried in her hair and he seemed fast asleep.
Very gently, she pulled her head away from Wei Guang’s chest, making sure not to wake either men. However, as she looked up, Wei Guang’s dark eyes met hers, filled with warmth and adoration.
"My apology for waking you up." She whispered the words only for Li Xian to tighten his hold on her waist while he snuggled his face into the crook of her shoulder and inhaled her scent deeply.
"Don’t feel guilty. You didn’t wake him up. He has been awake for a while." The Heavenly Crown Prince mumbled right before he placed a soft kiss on her shoulder.
Xiang Ling turned her questioning gaze toward Wei Guang and the man gave a little nod of his head in agreement of Li Xian’s statement.
"Turn around and let me have a look at the morning glow on your face too." Li Xian mumbled against her shoulder.
Complying to his request, Xiang Ling turned to lay on her back and she was greeted with Li Xian’s gentle smile which was speaking volumes of his love for her.
Surprising her, the man placed a tender kiss on her forehead before whispering, "You are looking way prettier than I imagined in my dream."
Xiang Ling was unable to hold back the smile that immediately bloomed on her lips after hearing his words. With a contented sigh, she snuggled closer, relishing the sensation of their bodies pressed against hers, the warmth of their love cocooning her in a blissful embrace.
But despite how good and serene the moment felt, and no matter how much she wanted to stay in the bed with them, it was already morning and they all needed to leave the bed and the sanctuary of each other’s warmth.
The three of them still stole a few more moments to enjoy together before Xiang Ling finally decided to move first. But as soon as she tried to move out from between their arms, both the men stopped her by tightening their hold on her.
"We need to get ready and join the others for breakfast." Xiang Ling reminded them but made no effort to move again. Their embraces felt just too good for her not to feel tempted.
Li Xian groaned in response, not hiding his disappointment. "All I want is to stay here in bed with you for a little while longer." He whispered while trailing kisses all over her cheek, side of her neck, and her shoulder.
Xiang Ling turned her full attention toward the Heavenly Crown Prince and spoke, "We can do that tonight."
Her words made Li Xian react immediately as he moved his head up to look at her face. A huge smile made its way to his lips as he nodded his head in approval. "Sounds perfect to me."
It took another fifteen minutes before the three of them finally made their way out of the bed. Wei Guang and Li Xian returned to their rooms as An Mei arrived with warm water for Xiang Ling to freshen up.
Up until that day, the servants were used to seeing one of the Young Masters in the Young Lady’s private chamber every once in a while, but nothing would have prepared them to find two of the Young Masters in the bed with their Young Lady. Still, the women did their best to keep their expressions neutral as they helped their lady get ready for the bed.
Half an hour later, Xiang Ling made her way to the dining hall to join everyone for breakfast. Looking at her husbands faces, Xiang Ling was able to tell that the three of them were more than aware of what transpired between her, Wei Guang, and Li Xian the previous night.
After finishing the breakfast, they all were stepping out of the dining hall to start with their individual works when Uncle Sun came running to inform Xiang Ling of a very important matter that needed her immediate attention.
"What is it?" Hao Ran asked as he noticed the serious expression of the old servant.
"Young Master Hao, there’s a young man standing at the main entrance of the Manor. He’s demanding to meet the Young Lady." Uncle Sun answered quickly.
Hao Ran turned his confused gaze toward Xiang Ling who too was equally confused by everything. "Let’s go and see who he is." She told Uncle Sun and started heading in the direction of the main entrance only to realize that everyone was following her. Not thinking too much, she allowed them to follow her.
Barely a minute or so later, they all arrived at the main entrance and Xiang Ling found herself looking at a very familiar face who looked nothing like his usual self, not like he had ever looked normal before.
"Who are you?" Hao Ran demanded.
"Greetings to First Brother-in-law. I’m Ah Xiang’s sixth husband, Zhang Xuan."
