Shen Yuan’s eyes shot up, his gaze locking onto Li Zhi with lightning precision.
Before the words had even left his mouth, his hand holding the phone shot up as fast as lightning, the movement so fluid it was almost seamless.
He swiped out of the album, opened the camera, and instantly flipped it to aim at the still slightly bewildered-looking girl!
“CLICK!”
Without giving Li Zhi any chance to react or dodge, the crisp sound of a camera shutter echoed abruptly in the chilly classroom.
“Don’t—!”
Li Zhi only had time to let out a short cry of surprise, not even managing to raise a hand to cover her face before Shen Yuan’s triumphant maneuver was complete.
The girl’s face, slightly flushed from being caught, was thus clearly frozen on Shen Yuan’s phone screen.
Shen Yuan immediately looked down and tapped open the preview of the photo he’d just taken, the curve of his grin growing wider and wider.
“Tsk tsk tsk, Li Bao, look at this. The angle, the lighting, the way you nailed that little expression… It’s absolutely perfect!”
He nodded in satisfaction.
Li Zhi came to her senses, her cheeks flushing red with anger. She raised her foot to kick his calf. “Shen Yuan! You moron! Delete it! Delete it right now!”
