Searching through the memories of the original Flying Giant Lizard, Lince figured that even the two strongest Deities who had initiated that joint declaration wouldn't be more powerful than a common Deity with Powerful Divine Power from the Star Empire.

And the Flying Lizard?

It might have seemed like a Third Heaven Witch God, but its strength was merely at the peak of Weak Divine Power.

As for the others from the Second and First Heavens, Lince figured they were even more pathetic.

'The worst of them? They could probably be classified as having feeble, or perhaps even fading, Divine Power.'

A single Divine Tier member of the Dragon Race at the Weak Dragon Level could devour a whole crowd of them.

'And they dared to make a joint declaration?'

'Instead of trying to increase their strength, they were already planning their retreat, or even seeking pleasure?'

What a foolish world. Where there are foolish mortals, there are bound to be foolish Deities.

They were truly clueless.

Lince was a destroyer, sent here to challenge this cosmos.

He possessed a natural advantage in terms of information.

After all, Lince had already received a great deal of information from the will of the Star Cosmos before he even departed.

Thus, he had a decent grasp of the world he was now in.

This world.

Different planets, different worlds.

Altogether, they could be divided into worlds of six different Levels.

Each Level comprised three heavens.

The eighteen heavens corresponded to six different Levels of worlds.

A Third Heaven world can at most support the existence of one being with power comparable to a common Main God.

A Sixth Heaven world can at most support the existence of one being with power comparable to a common Dominator.

A Ninth Heaven world can at most allow for the appearance of one Dominator with power comparable to a Clan, with the number of other common Dominators not exceeding ten.

A Twelve Heavens World can at most allow for the appearance of one Dominator with power comparable to an Ancient God, along with a number of other Deities.

A Fifteenth Heaven World can at most allow for the appearance of one Authority User with power comparable to an Ancient God, along with a number of other Deities.

An Eighteenth Heaven World, without a doubt, corresponds to an existence at Ancient God Power Level Perfection, with their Life Essence at its peak.

In short, that was a rough breakdown of the power divisions.

However, in this world, all Deities were categorized by their respective Heaven realm.

Therefore, for the current Witch God World, a world only at the Third Heaven Level…

These hundred-plus Primordial Deities present were also beings akin to Ancient Gods.

Even if they were all ultimately devoured by a single Deity, or if they used a Dragon Race-like ritual to collectively increase their Life Essence, the strongest being that could emerge…

…would only have power comparable to a common Main God from the Star Cosmos.

After all, this cosmos itself was much weaker than the Star Cosmos.

Most of the Ancient Gods born within it were certainly inferior to those from the Star Cosmos.

This wasn't hard to understand.

But even so, as a whole cosmos, the power of its peak Authority Level beings would not be diluted in the slightest.

Only the lower-tiered Deities were weak.

Once one reached the absolute summit, a being at the Authority Level Peak with enough power to ascend to Pillar God would have Life Essence and strength in no way inferior to their counterparts in the Star Cosmos.

It was a complete cosmos, after all, with sound Laws.

It was only natural for it to possess such power.

Otherwise, Lince's mission to ascend to Pillar God wouldn't have involved coming to this cosmos to wreak havoc.

In any case.

Thinking about all this, Lince quickly fell into deep thought.

'Should I deal with this world's Deities in the most direct, violent way possible?'

'Or should I be more cautious and use a gentler approach to manage them?'

'At the very least, I can't use an overwhelming amount of power to eliminate them.'

'Should I be more gentle, and even have them contribute their power to my own legitimate ascension to this world's Authority Level?'

'Is there even a choice?'

Lince's thoughts had barely stirred before he made his decision.

And so, at that moment, Lince stopped concealing the Flying Lizard's aura and headed directly for the Third Heaven—toward the territory that was originally his.
