Chapter 579: Chapter 347: Ocean Elf Clan Army, the Envisioned Keel Dreadnought; Winged Elf Clan Legion
Since Legion Commander Feiyana was in the process of ascending to a Legendary Clan,
Zhang Yi had no choice but to temporarily place the Jade Dragon Descendant Guard Corps under the command of Pioneer Corps Commander Eric.
However, once Legion Commander Feiyana emerged from her seclusion, Pioneer Corps Commander Eric’s position in the corps would also have to change.
This wasn’t for any particular reason, however.
It was simply because the number of Clan Corps in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm was growing,
requiring a clearer division of positions.
Currently, in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm,
the Aerial Cavalry Corps could be divided into the Elf Griffin Cavalry Corps and the Horned Eagle Beast Cavalry Corps.
The Elf Griffin Cavalry Corps had four thousand combat-ready Clan Soldiers.
The Horned Eagle Beast Cavalry Corps had two thousand combat-ready soldiers.
This meant that just from his Aerial Cavalry Corps alone, Zhang Yi could muster six thousand troops.
And this didn’t even count the Pegasus Cavalry Corps and Giant Eagle Cavalry Corps that were still being formed!
And, after continuous expansion,
the Land Cavalry Corps in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm also numbered eight thousand.
The Moon Shadow Hunter Cavalry Corps and the Silver Moon Knight Cavalry Corps each accounted for four thousand,
and were expanding toward a goal of five thousand members each.
At the same time, thanks to the Giant Beasts captured from the Inner Earth World, a Dwarf Cavalry Corps was also being formed.
Just counting his cavalry corps, the Zhang Yi Divine Realm had fourteen thousand Clan members.
This was a world of difference compared to when he had just entered the University Alliance Training Camp, struggling to scrape together a ten-thousand-strong Clan Corps!
And the numbers were even higher if one included the large-scale, formally established Clan Corps in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm!
The Vanguard Corps, commanded by Pioneer Corps Commander Eric, had fifteen thousand Clan members.
Among these fifteen thousand Clan members, there were fifteen hundred Elf Mages.
The main army commanded by Legion Commander Feiyana had thirty thousand Clan members.
Among these thirty thousand Clan members, there were three thousand Elf Mages.
In other words, the ground forces of the Elf Clan alone numbered forty-five thousand.
Adding the cavalry corps, the total reached fifty-seven thousand.
And under the leadership of Goblin General Gandar, the Zhang Yi Divine Realm also had a Magical Mechanized Corps.
Within the Magical Mechanized Corps,
there were one thousand Goblin Mecha pilots,
one thousand Dwarf Magical Tank operators,
and two thousand goblins operating Magical Airships.
All told, this added another four thousand Clan members.
If one also counted the Dwarf Clan Warriors who were permanently stationed inside the Dwarf War Fortress,
the number of combat-capable Clan members in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm would reach a staggering sixty-five thousand.
Compared to the total Clan population of two hundred and fifty thousand in the Zhang Yi Divine Realm,
this was a mobilization ratio of almost 1:4.
Compared to the ten-thousand-strong Clan Corps he had when he first entered the University Alliance Training Camp,
the army Zhang Yi now possessed as a Ninth Transformation Demigod was over six times larger!
But it was still far from enough!
Once Zhang Yi ascended to True God and the area of his Divine Realm underwent a massive expansion,
he would need a larger Clan population to explore the newly formed territories.
Moreover, the wars of a True God were far more dangerous, involving entire planes and planets.
Therefore, Zhang Yi also needed a much larger Clan army.
At this point, regarding the Five-star Divine Domain Cards he still had to choose from,
Zhang Yi had already made up his mind
about what type of Divine Domain Card he should pick next.
And as Elf High Priest Shamiel resumed the sacrificial ceremony,
the Golden Finger’s notification chimed once again in Zhang Yi’s ear.
[A large number of Water Attribute Giant Beasts have been detected in the Host’s second batch of offerings. Three options are now available for the Host to choose from!]
[Option 1]: Bloodline Evolution Slots x10,000. The essence from the offered Ocean Giant Beast corpses can be extracted and their flesh-and-blood Energy converted into slots for enhancing bloodline origins. After conversion, 10,000 Clan members of High Level Power can undergo Bloodline Awakening one more time.
Note: This is ineffective for individuals who have already undergone Bloodline Awakening three times.
[Option 2]: Potential Enhancement Slots x6,000. The offered Ocean Giant Beast corpses can be converted into slots for potential enhancement, allowing 6,000 Clan members of High Level Power to increase their potential.
[Option 3]: Sea Elf Clan Army x6,000. By selecting this option, you will gain a Sea Elf Clan Army of 6,000 members who are skilled in handling various sea vessels and possess extensive sailing experience. This six-thousand-strong Ocean Clan Corps is composed of two thousand Logistics personnel—including Water Elves and Tide Elves with vast experience in shipbuilding, dock construction, and ship repair—and a main fighting force of mid-to-High Level power. Additionally, it includes one Heroic Clan Sea Elf, Viknas.
Note: Selecting this option also comes with a bonus: an Elf Main Ship built primarily from Sea Beast bones, as well as a fleet of eight vessels, including a Flagship, Battleships, and Frigates.
Zhang Yi looked at Option Three.
He nodded to himself.
’So my previous guess was completely correct!’
Zhang Yi had previously guessed that depending on the type and attributes of the Clans offered for sacrifice,
aside from the fixed rewards,
the Clan Corps reward was likely related to the corpses of the clans being sacrificed.
And it turned out he was right.
With this experience, Zhang Yi now knew how to plan his future sacrifices.
To prepare for his ascension to True God, Zhang Yi would definitely choose Option Three.
In truth, compared to the main fighting force of four thousand Sea Elves,
what Zhang Yi valued even more was the logistics corps of two thousand Water Elves and Tide Elves, who had not yet evolved into Sea Elves.
