Behind him, Mage Nancy, Master Morpheus, and all the other surviving Legendary Powerhouses silently offered their utmost respect to the aged Giant.
They knew full well.
Without the sacrifice of this ancient being, perhaps half of them would not have survived this day.
Raylo watched this scene, his heart swelling with emotion.

One Legendary Powerhouse had fallen.

They had changed out of their battle-damaged Mage Robes and into clean, casual attire. Though the exhaustion on their faces was hard to conceal, a hint of relaxation had settled in their features.
The Great Elder, Gu, had already taken his trophies and returned to the Giant Dragon Realm.
