Parting the curtains and peering out, she found Wu Xiangxiang reading from a book.
Even though Wu Xiangxiang’s voice wasn’t loud, the morning was so quiet, and Lin Wanwan wasn’t sleeping deeply having just changed to a new environment, so she woke up.

She crawled back into her mosquito net, found her phone, and texted Xiao Chong: "I’m awake. My top scorer roommate is already reading English on the second day after joining school!"

After that, she gathered her basin, towel, toothbrush, and other items, opened the door, and went out.
