"As soon as we’re back, everyone is to report to the commander immediately!"

Li Chang’an said calmly, "The intel from this mission is critical. There can be no oversights!"

"Reporting, Commander. Mission complete, but we encountered some anomalies along the way!"

Li Chang’an stepped forward, saluted, and said, "The enemy was stronger than we anticipated. We encountered a Black Armored Warrior, in particular, who we suspect belongs to a powerful extraterrestrial force. The situation requires further analysis."

"A Black Armored Warrior?"

Chen Hao’s brow furrowed slightly. "Give me the details."

Li Chang’an reported the events of the mission in detail, including the encounter with the Black Armored Warrior, the Mechanical Warriors, and the Energy Ball.

Chen Hao nodded. "This intelligence is critical. I’ll report it to HQ immediately. For now, all of you get some rest. I’ll notify you when there’s a new mission."

Li Chang’an and the Insect Hunter Squad replied in unison, then saluted and exited the command room.

Back in the lounge, Sun Yang plopped down onto a sofa and let out a long sigh. "Finally, we can rest!"

"Your stamina is terrible!"

Han Ruoxi looked at him and said with a sigh, "But to be honest, I’m exhausted, too!"

"Hold on, let’s get something to eat first!" Li Chang’an smiled. "Come on, let’s go to the mess hall and unwind."

The Insect Hunter Squad found a table by the window in the base mess hall. As soon as they sat down, Sun Yang immediately waved over a server. "Bring us something good! We have to treat ourselves today!"

"Is that all you ever think about? Food!"

Han Ruoxi laughed while flipping through the menu. "But this mission was exhausting. We’ve definitely earned a good meal!"

"Order whatever you guys want. I’m not being picky today!"

Sun Yang leaned back in his chair, completely relaxed. "My only job today is to eat my fill. Everything else can wait until tomorrow!"

"Fine, but order some things that will help us recover our strength."

Shen Qiuyue flipped through the menu, her expression as calm as ever. "But don’t order anything too greasy. We’ll definitely have another mission soon, so don’t overdo it."
