Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 5150: Madam Wesley

Chapter 5150: Madam Wesley

The Celestial Transcendent quickly arrived at the Fourth Bastion City after leaving the Second Bastion City.

On the way, he had quickly advised many personnel to keep an eye on Bjorn Mazzork and then contacted Venerable Knight Lussandra to return to Eighth Bastion City and thoroughly check once again. He didn’t believe for a single moment what the fatty said, as it was likely the Divine Emperor of Death had been in the Eighth Bastion City or the nearest cities to it two days ago.

He might’ve left considering they were prowling around there, but there was a chance that he returned for some reason.

But right now, he panned his gaze across the Fourth Bastion City and fully unleashed his soul sense.

His soul sense quickly arrived at the fortified inn Madam Wesley was in.

He saw a bunch of corpses belonging to the Three-Headed Hydra Clan’s members of the Trissadra Clan of the Three-Headed Hydra Lower Realm.

He saw the missing heads of the Wesley Family members from the Great Desolate Plains of the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm.

His head was quickly filled with rage, but it wasn’t against these people, for they were none other than people who accompanied Madam Wesley.

He also saw the remnant death energy left in the scene. It belonged to the ghost.

However, this killing method didn’t belong to the Divine Emperor of Death nor to that ghost. It was unlikely the Divine Emperor of Death would use such methods, as a mere command can allow him to control anyone he wants, capable of maintaining utmost concealment, like he was probably doing now, and although that ghost seemed like it was capable of such a murder scene, it was currently being pursued far away from the Bastion Cities by one of his avatars.

He didn’t think it had the leisure to stop and commit murder or even return, for that matter.

This left only one culprit in his mind.

"Hear my command. All personnel surround the Galaxy Wormhole battlefield. Do not let anyone intrude into the perimeter of the Galaxy Wormhole, especially that Hydra Heaven’s Warrior named Sero Faridza!"

The Celestial Transcendent’s eyes narrowed as he commanded both Heaven’s Warriors and the forces of the Six-Headed Hydra Upper Realm.

"Yes!"

His gaze instantly transferred to the avatar he had on the battlefield.

Standing up, he rose to the skies, and a bunch of Venerable Elders immediately followed him.

Realm Master Malzor Hexadra saw them leave, his expression turning doubtful. He decided to send his soul body to follow them.

Soon, he witnessed them encountering Sero Faridza in mid-air while the clouds above were spiraling as droplets descended into a small downpour.

The situation itself was not surprising since the Supreme One ordered that this Heaven’s Warrior shouldn’t enter the Galaxy Wormhole’s perimeter, but why?

The Supreme One stood in the skies as his black robe fluttered in the stormy wind, "You dare to claim that you’re here to find the Divine Emperor of Death and seal him, when in truth you were here to kidnap Madam Wesley?

Sero Faridza wore a black robe, his purple hair swaying in the wind. He blinked before cupping his hands, "It’s a misunderstanding. I’m still searching for the Divine Emperor of Death, but first, I must send this gift to my hydra race as it involves the ancestral rules and rituals."

"It seems like you aren’t aware, but still committed a grave mistake."

The Supreme One flicked his finger.

"Ugh..."

Sero Faridza let out a grunt as he held his chest. He attempted to transform to his hydra from but then saw his lower body simply separate from his body, causing his expression to change. The incredible pressure weighing on him made his pupils be filled with despair.

"Celestial Transcendent, killing a fellow Heaven’s Warriors is a serious crime. The Heavenly Guardian Consortium will not let this matter go and bring me justice."

"You shouldn’t have killed her family members and even implanted false evidence. Your actions show no righteousness despite your words."

The Supreme One responded calmly before flicking his finger once more.

A thin strand of chaotic silk that was no different from a blade stretched across space and slashed Sero Faridza into two once more. The four severed parts were once again slashed into eight, sixteen, thirty-two, and hundreds and thousands as his finger danced.

Within a few seconds, Sero Faridza, a Level One True Exalt Beast Heaven’s Warrior, became mincemeat without even being able to display his strength under the immense soul pressure.

A life ring was mixed within the falling heap of flesh, which the Celestial Transcendent used the thread of chaotic silk to attach and bring to him.

When he checked, he gently heaved a sigh as he spotted Madam Wesley and her husband, Town Lord Wesley, although one of them seemed to be intact, alive, and well, while the other seemed to be lacking five limbs. Five, indeed.

The Celestial Transcendent pursed his lips, not knowing how to explain this to Clara or Madam Wesley.

Back then, Clara was the one who allowed them to find Madam Wesley.

After all, she had given her word to help the Wesley Family and, according to her; her big brother’s teachings, to be precise, the Loret Family always repays the favors and debts it owes without fail. She had returned to the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm to try to help them briefly, but it turned out to be a completely different story once Madam Wesley was saved and her specialty came to be known.

The entire reason he was able to stop the Hydra Galaxy’s Ruler from entering the Galaxy Wormhole without even making a big move was because of this woman known as Madam Wesley.

She was the recipient of the World Spirit Hydra Blessing!

Or to be precise, one of the nine recipients!

========

Seated on a platform carried by a number of Exalt Beast Turtles in four corners, there was a Nine-Headed Hydra in its full glory, its nine heads swaying and weaving among each other while its body rested like a lazy dragon.

Its massive body was draped in scales that shimmered with a purple-obsidian to an ocean-jade glow. Each scale was as large and hard as a Peak Exalt Grade Ore. Unlike the rugged, feral, and dangerous look of hydras, its figure possessed the sleek, lethal grace of a predator.

The most striking feature, however, was the nine heads that rose from her neck like flowering blossoms. Each of these nine heads was adorned with a set of magnificent obsidian horns that branched upward. These horns pulsed with a faint light of darkness. The nine pairs of golden-purple eyes were like smoldering embers of amethyst.

This beast was none other than Realm Master Felza Nyssadra.

At this moment, her nine heads all narrowed their eyes.

"What’s taking that dumb Heaven’s Warrior so long? Doesn’t he know how important it is to gain the ninth inheritor of the World Spirit Hydra Blessing for us?"

The nine heads then turned to look down at a human fey woman who possessed a shapely figure.

Her figure was hugged by an extremely revealing blue dress secured by neck straps, which left most of her upper body, namely her back, sides, and a large portion of her cleavage, almost reaching down to her navel visible. Long gloves and long stockings then completed her attire. Her figure was incredibly tantalizing, with an hourglass shape.

She stood silently as she watched the skirmish ahead on the battlefield that had suddenly flared as the opposing forces started surrounding them.

"Something’s amiss." She said, her voice melodious yet full of amusement.

"I sensed it too." Realm Master Felza Nyssadra sighed, "We’ll wait for some time before deciding to act."

The blue-dressed purple-haired woman nodded before she took out a nameplate, glaring at it with a venomous gaze.

’Lady Thunderwraith of the Silent Wraith Hall, I’ll come for you next, but before that, I must kill the ninth inheritor and gain the complete World Spirit Hydra Blessing!’
